Ann's POV
"We need to bring the boxes inside now." My mom said as we walked outside. She opened the back of the moving truck, as I jumped in and grabbed a few small boxes and got the back, when I dropped one.
"Here I got it" I heard a very unfamiliar raspy voice say. I looked up and saw a tall boy, with really blue eyes and dark hair.
"Thank you." I gave him a shy smile."I'm Nash by the way" he put his hand out, "I live across the street" he nodded towards it and I turned around to see a big white house with a old red truck in the driveway.
"Ann" I shook his hand. I took the box out of Nash's hands, I walked inside to put it in the house. I noticed Nash followed me. "Not trying to be ride or anything; but can I help you?" I asked him.
"Oh, sorry I thought you would like some help." He said.
"It's okay, I got it! Thank you though." I told him politely.
"oh, okay!" He handed me the box and walking outside towards his house. I took the box to my room, it was pretty big. It already had my bed, bookshelf and the small nightstand. I sat the box on the edge of the bed and walked over to the window, I really liked the view. I opened the window to let some air in. "Ann, come get more boxes!" My mom yelled, as I stepped away from the window and walked down the stairs.
I noticed Nash and a few other boys carrying the bigger boxes.
"Hi!" Said one of them, he had brown hair, and dark brown eyes.
"Hi" I waved and walked over to my mom and asked her, "Mom, who are these guys?""They are just some guys from the neighborhood that asked to help." She told me.
"Okay." I said and shrugged and went to get the other things. I walked outside to the truck and grabbed 2 small boxes that were marked kitchen and bathroom. I took the boxes where they needed to go, it took awhile to get upstairs to the bathroom from everyone waking in and out. I sat the box on the toilet seat, walking out.
"Can you tell those boys that we're done now with bringing the boxes in?" My mom asked once she brought in the last box.
"Yeah, where are they?" I asked her.
"I think up stairs trying to put the mattress in my room" She told me. I ran up the stairs and to my mom's room, there they were. I knocked on the wall to get their attention; "my mom wanted me to tell y'all there's nothing left to bring in, you can go home or whenever you're done."
"Okay, thanks for telling us" Nash said.
"You're welcome" I walked away to my room.
