I was on the floor with my legs open as I was stretching. Mr. Yang explained that the trainings now a days will be getting a bit tougher and more severe because we will only have an entire month left before the annual sports' festival.

I haven't talked to Jungkook after the clinic accident, but we would make eye contact for a few seconds but that was it. I did feel a bit of a pinch in my heart, but it was better to say away from the person who has hurt me.

"Okay, listen up!" Mr. Yang shouted, "Today we will be doing a small competition- boys versus girls. The stroke or swimming style you will be doing is freestyle."

That's easy. "Let us first start we the senior year. I will also be announcing something important as well. Let us first start with the first section."

I looked at Mi-Reum to see her jogging to me, I lightly smile as she sat beside me on the floor. We watched as the class before us were getting ready, stretching on the plank.

"You excited?" Mi-Reum asked.

"Sort of." I replied, "You?"

"I am." Mi-Reum answered, "I really can't wait. I heard that if the boys lose against the girls, the girls would have to teach the boys, and vice versa."

Well then. "Really?"

"Yeah." Mi-Reum spoke. "Like, this happens in other sports too, and can I just say- that most couples start from there."

I blinked, "Excuse me- what?"

"You heard me." She teased, "But, who would want to lose anyway? I mean- Jungkook gets mad when his team doesn't win- or even when he is defeated."

"I know." I agreed.

"Better watch out for that."

I didn't say anything else as I just watched the section before us get out of the water, meaning it was our turn. I stood up and made my way towards the plank, positioning myself. The six of us were against the six of Jungkook's team.

The whistle was blown, and we all dove into the water. I didn't waste a minute and started to swim forward, ignoring everything around me as I started to swim faster once I saw in the corner in my eye that Jungkook's team was ahead of us.

The rule in the competition, is that even just a single one of us from a team reaches the starting point, then the losing team will have to be taught by the winning team. That means if one of Jungkook's teammates win, then their entire team wins.

I started swimming faster, until I reached the ending point and twirled into the water, heading back to the starting point. I was trying to swim faster even if my arms were aching by now.

You have a goal. I thought to myself, but that quickly faded as my leg muscles started to tighten, causing me to stop for a while. I blew bubbles out of my nose as I tried to continue to kick.

By the time I got to the starting point, I was the last one. I felt so embarrassed, seeing my teammates stare at me with utter confusion. I look over to Mr. Yang to see him sigh before blowing the whistle.

"Next section, please."

I got up from the water, and was about to walk to the bleachers, but a hand wrapping around my wrist stopped me. I turned around to see a confused, and worried-looking Mi-Reum.

"Is everything alright?" She asked softly.

"Yes." No.

Mi-Reum nodded as she lets go of my wrist, I gave her a tight-lipped smile before rushing to the bleachers. I wore my slippers and got my towel, wiping my face with it, before rushing out of the swimming court.
