"And~" The makeup artist sing-sang, "We are done! Voila! Miss. Kim Seohyun is ready for the sweetheart dance." She said, putting the lipstick into one of the multiple bags placed on the floor of my room.

I turned to Mom, who's eyes widened, then her eyes filled with tears. I panicked- is she crying 'cause I'm that ugly? "Mom, what's wrong?"

"You're just so-" She spoke, "So beautiful. I can't believe my baby girl is all grown up now." She covered her mouth in awe and shock.

"M-Mom.." I whined, blushing.

I stood up, about to hug her, but she stepped away. "No, don't hug me- my tears will ruin your beauty. Now, let's get you all dressed up."

Mom then opened my closet door, revealing the red dress that they bought last Sunday. I gave a small, but nervous smile to her as the make-up artist took out my heels and placed it before my feet.

I slipped my feet into the black heels and got used to the balance before wriggling my toes to see if I was comfortable. I then looked at Mom who walked behind me, and I could hear the unzipping of the zipper of the dress.

That was when I raised my hands above my head, I could feel the soft material of the dress being slipped onto me. I arranged myself as I could feel the zipper zipping up. I then turn to look at the mirror situated in the corner of my room.

The dress had a color of dark red, it was a tea-length shape (but the back was covering the back of my legs), and it had a sweetheart cut in the chest area.

The black heels matched the dress even if they were both different colors. The black heels were classified as a T-Strap, peep-toe (which means that my toes could be seen).

I then turn to Mom and the make-up artist who were in awe. I blushed at the attention as I watched Mom and the make-up artist slowly approach me.

The make-up artist opened her hands, revealing the silver snowflake earrings and necklace in her palm. I then turned around, facing the mirror once again. Mom then slowly brought her arms in front of me, and clicked the necklace around my neck.
