(Co-written by Raven Blackheart)

It was a quiet, cloudless night on the island of Menagerie. The mood was high in the sky, bathing the whole island in a soft glow of light.
Blake floated in the warm water, just off one of the small, private docks behind the castle. Talia had let her borrow one of her bathing suits. The warmth of the water was soothing against Blake's skin.
Her cat ears perked up as she heard footsteps coming down the dock. Looking up, she saw Jason walking towards her. He was still wearing his training outfit from his sparring match with Yang earlier, barefoot with black shorts and a black tank top. Blake swam over to him as he crouched on the edge of the dock.
"I thought kittens didn't like water."
He said with a small smirk.
Without missing a beat, Blake reached up and, grabbing the front of his shirt, pulled him off the dock and into the water.
He emerged from under the surface, spluttering, his cat ears twitching to shake off droplets of water.
He laughed.
"Nice moves kitty."
Blake chuckled and swam over to him.
"Looks like you needed to cool off."
She said with a hint of a smile.
He put his arms around her, pulling her close to him as they floated in the warm water.
Blake reached under the water and helped to pull off his tank top. She tossed the thoroughly soaked garment onto the dock before turning back to Jason, one hand pressed against his chest.
The two smiled at each other.
Blake kissed Jason as he ran a hand through her long, dark hair.
Blake smiled to herself as she pulled back for a moment. She had considered cutting her hair short again when they got back from Salem's island, but had ultimately decided she liked the length of it.
She nipped at Jason's neck playfully, getting a smile and a gentle purr from him in return.
"I love you Blake."
His voice was soft, barely audible above the sound of the waves breaking gently against the shore.
Blake allowed her heat to rest on his shoulder for a moment before whispering.
"I love you too."
Then she smirked.
Noticing they had drifted close to the dock, she let go of Jason and pushed him lightly against it.
He chuckled.
"Alright, Blake. How long has it been?"
Blake thought for a second.
"Before we left Salem's island so... two weeks, maybe three."
She hugged him again, this time wrapping her legs around his waist.
Jason grinned at her.

An hour or so later, Blake made her way back up to the room she was sharing with Jason. On the way up, she found Yang leaning against the wall of a landing, looking at her scroll.
As Blake approached, Yang raised her head to look at her.
"So,"
Yang said, a mischievous smile on her face.
"How'd things go with Jason?"
Blake blushed deeply.
"How did you-"
Yang let out a small laugh.
"Trust me Blake. You aren't as quiet as you think you are."
Blake looked away slightly, grinning a little.
"Kitten likes her cream."
Yang tittered.
Blake blushed deeply.
"How were things with Talia?"
"Pretty good."
Yang said, stretching a little.
"Anyway, see you in the morning Blake."
Yang returned to her room as Blake returned to hers. She's only been in bed for a few moments when Jason walked in.
As he turned off the light and got into bed beside her, Blake looked at him.
"Did you run into Yang on the way up?"
Jason shook his head.
"No, why?"
Blake smirked.
"No reason."
She yawned as Jason pulled the covers over them.
"I had fun tonight, Blake."
Jason said, wrapping his arms around her waist.
"So did I..."
Blake said, her voice sleepy.
After sharing one last kiss, the two closed their eyes and were asleep within minutes.
