ーTAKING a sip of the coffee
you ordered you felt the couch you were sitting on, dip due to the weight. Looking at the person beside you, oh, it was just Zhongli. Giving him a small wave, you brought back the rim of the cup to your mouth.
"y/n, I heard that you were currently in a relationship."
Once that sentence left your brown-headed friends' lips, you tried to stop yourself from spitting out your coffee. Lightly coughing as some of the liquid went down the wrong way, Zhongli patted your back. Feeling better, you straightened yourself and faced Zhongli's amber eyes.
"Aha, who told you that?"
"Childe informed me."
Childe, huh... I SWEAR, I'M GOING TO BEAT HIS ASS WHEN I SEE HIM-- I'm not even in a relationship *cries*
"y/n, are you alright? You seem agitated."
Oh, I am. I just want the earth to swallow me whole and reclaim me...

"Say, Zhongli... Do you have anything planned for the day?"
"Hmm, no, I don't. Why do you ask?"
"Well, um, I was wondering if... if you would like to binge-watch an anime with me," you mumbled out. You heard him chuckle, you faced his way, he patted your head.
Walking all the way to your apartment, you engaged in small talk with Zhongli. Unlocking your door, you both set your shoes near the door. Going to change into something more comfortable, you hollered at Zhongli.
"Zhongli!! If you want to change, remember you left some of your more comfortable clothing here! Here, catch!!"
Passing him a black shirt, his light brown hoodie, and one of his many pairs of sweatpants that he's left in your apartment. Finally going to change, you came out with a long-sleeved graphic-tee with a pair of Stitch from Lilo and Stitch Sweatpants Don't fucking make fun of me, I actually own these >:( And they're very comfortable.
Sitting down next to Zhongli on the couch, you turned to him.
"Zhongli, what Childe told you isn't true. Last time I checked, I was single."
"Ah, I see."

Zhongli and you were watching Neon Genesis Evangelion Istg, this anime is a fucking masterpiece. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk. You got to the part where Shinji and the rest met Asuka. Continuing to watch the episode, you both were heavily immersed in the episode as well as the next.
Next thing you two know, Shinji killed Kaworu. When he was forced to kill him, I literally balled my eyes out ;-; And there you were crying for a few minutes as Zhongli comforted you.
Finally finishing, you realized you finished each episode. Shaking Zhongli in excitement, disregarding your small crying session, you excitedly told him, "We can finally watch The End of Evangelion!!"

After finishing the movie, you and Zhongli cleaned up a bit and turned off the Television. Stretching, you let out a yawn as well.
"I might as well say here, it is late to be going out."
"Ah, really? We can just do what we just did last time you were here."
"Well, are you sure we can sleep in the same bed? I thought you were in a relationship?"
"I already said I wasn't in a relationship, Childe was just joking around."
"Ah, then, would you mind if I took you out for dinner some time?"
"Zhongli, we both know you're literally broke--"
"Shshsh, we don't talk about that."
