You were on the way home from your first day at the Armed Detective Agency. The only one you knew there was none other then Junichirou Tanizaki, and of course his sister Naomi. You guys were childhood friends but after some time, you guys drifted apart. But then you somehow ran into Junichirou. He offered you a job at the Agency he worked in/ He told the President about you, and you just had your entrance exam today.
It was fairly easy, you had to help a great detective solve a case and get the criminal correctly! You had a great mind like the boy, so he was jealous of you. And you noticed, the whole exam, Junichirou was staring at you with a tint of pink on his cheeks. Does he perhaps, like you?
Your eyes widened at your own thought of a boy liking someone like yourself and your face flushed. "No! Not possible!" You laughed and shook your head. But during that, you accidentally bumped into someone, and fell on the sidewalk. "Ouch!" Your head ached as all the pain filled your mind.
"Oh are you ok!" You looked up at the person you bumped into and your eyes widened at the sight of him. "You!" You quickly got up and started running for your life. "No! It can't be him!" But it was, the man known as Akutagawa. Ryunsuke Akutagawa to be precised. Out of no where, you got a glimpse of a black beast go right past your side. "W-What the!?" But as you tried to turn, you bumped into something else, making your head spin.
"You thought you could get away from me miss?" You turned around and saw the black coated man as he put his creature away within his coat. "U-Uh?" And that's when everything went black, you passed out.

You soon woke up again, but found yourself in a new location. You sat up, feeling exhausted. "Uh..what happened?" You looked around and realized that you were in Dr. Yosano's office. "Hey Y/N, you ok?" You looked on your left side and saw the nurse with a relieved smile on her face. "That was quit a hit"
You tilted your head in confusion. "Quiet a hit?" Yosano walked over to you and put the back of her hand on your head. "You were bleeding from the head, so I wrapped some bandages around it so that you wouldn't expose it and infect the wound. I also cleaned it up for you so you don't have to worry about it"
"Ha, I feel like Dazai now.." You looked down at your shaking hands and laughed. "You sure do" Yosano nodded and walked to the door. "Now, I'll be right back. Someone wanted to check up on you while you were unconscious but I told him to back off while you slept" Your eyes widened. "Wait, 'him?'" Yosano nods. "Yup, Junichirou wanted to check up on you so he could make sure that you were ok, he was pretty worried about you"
You blushed lightly and looked down. "He probably likes you, you know?" You looked up quickly and shook your hands in disagreement. "N-No! How can someone like someone else like me?" Yosano smiled and walked back over to you grabbing your hands. "What makes you think that my dear?"
You sighed. "Well..I'm not all that pretty, nor have we known each other for a long time..while I mean we have but..it's been a long time" Yosano laughed. "Hey, listen to me. Looks aren't the only thing men find attractive, it can be personality to. Consider that ok? And plus, he knows you better then anyone of us here. Including myself"
Yosano's soft smile made you smile along with her. "now, I'll go get him and you stay here and rest" You nodded and watched Yosano walk out. 'I guess she may be right? But can Junichirou really like me for my personality? Or is he after something?'

Not to long after Yosano leaves, she comes back with the ginger haired male himself. Junichirou, and of course his sister Naomi joins along. "Y/N! OH MY GOD YOUR OK!" Naomi smiles brightly at you as she runs over and gives you a head. It makes your head spin a bit but you don't mind one bit. "Y/N.." Junichirou sighs in relief and smile.
He then walks over to you and hugs you along with Naomi. It honestly, felt nice to be reunited with them, especially after so long ago. Then the two siblings pull away, their smile never fading. "You worried me Y/N, who attacked you? Or what happened?" You looked over at Junichirou and bit your lip nervously.
"Well..You know that one guy you warned me about..the one in the Mafia, Akutagawa.." The ginger nods. "Of course I do, how can I forget" Naomi looked at his brother nervously, finally understanding your point. "Junichirou, she ran into him on her way home" Naomi grabs Junichirou's shoulder and shook him lightly, and her brother looked at her with wide eyes. "Already? How?"
You shrugged. "I-I don't know, I was just walking home happily, then I bumped into someone. When I looked up, it was that black coated man you warned me about. When i saw him, I thought my life was going to slip out of me just by looking at the dude..he's really scary.."
Junichirou saw the frightened look on your face. "Hey Y/N, it's ok" Junichirou hugged you ounce again, this time you immediately hugged back, letting your body stay within his safe arms. "If only I went home with you, this wouldn't of happened.." You looked up and saw Naomi's worried look. "Are you ok though?" You nodded at Junichirou's sister and smiled a bit.
"I'm just glad I'm finally somewhat safe" Junichirou pulls away and sits on the bed besides you. "But now, you may have to stay the night here in the office" You blushed as you reached your hands toward Junichirou's, and ounce you touched it the ginger looked up with a slight blush.
"I'll be ok" The male smiles lightly. "ok..if you say so" Naomi smiles also and decides to walk to the exit. "Ok, I'll leave you two be, I'll be heading home Junichirou" The Tanizaki brother looked over at his sibling and nodded. "Ok then, PLEASE be safe. I don't want you looking like Y/N alright?" Naomi nods and smiles. "i won't stop for anything, and I'll be extra careful brother, I'll call you ounce I get home"
He nods and the two of you watch Naomi leave, now it's only you and Junichirou in the room. "You startled me when I saw your body in Yosano's arms Y/N, I thought you died" You laughed slightly and rubbed the back of your head. "I don't think Dr. Yosano would bring me back if I was.." Junichirou sighs, then nods. "I guess your right.."
The male then leans in close to your face and kisses your wound lightly, he then put his hand over the bandages. "I should of came with you" Your eyes widened at the male's sudden action of affection. "W-What just happened?" Junichirou smiles and grabs your hand lightly and holds it in his. "I kissed your wound silly" You smiled and blushed, an insane shade of red.
"I love you Y/N, and I wish I could of protected you.." You blush more and smile, you then laid your forehead against his happily. "I-I love you too, Jun" The boy glared at you in shock. "Jun?" Your eyes widened. "I-I'm sorry! Do you not like the nickname or something!?" Junichirou laughs and lays his head on yours again. "No no, it's cute" You sighed in relief and smiled. "Well, I love you Jun" "I love you too Y/N, and I'm taking you home next time"
