I stayed at Jason's house longer than I thought. I slept there for 5 nights, so far. I didn't want to be a burden, so I help. Gladly, I can cook. Every time he tastes the food I make, he's smiling, and eats fast. I'm happy.

So, he went to work, leaving me here. I don't know what kind of work he does, so I just lay in the floor of my bedroom.

I'm Alice now.

I like being Alice. Her-I mean, my-existence makes one very curious. Despite that I've solved my mysteries, there was one left.

"He's dead."

He. Jason. That was what Chester and Margaret said in such unison I can't imagine. Why? He isn't dead. What's wrong?

I stood up, searching for his room. I tried to search but there was no room at all. Oh my. What kind of house is this?

I went around, finding this house is big. Well, I thought it was small, but it was terribly large.

Suddenly, a door caught my eye.

A door which appears and disappears anywhere in this floor. It made me curious, I wanted to follow it.

First, it appeared behind me, so I looked back. Then, it was gone when I looked. It took me a minute that it was behind me.

It was playing with me.

It took us a while until it led me to some stairs I've never seen before. It's some stairs leading somewhere higher than this floor.

Unexpectedly, when I arrived at the end of the stairs, the door went disappearing again.

But, I heard laughing in the door. That disappearing door. Such a lovely sound did I hear.

The door was behind me, the disappearing and appearing one, waiting for me to open the door in front of me. As I opened, such darkness overwhelmed me.

Everything was gone, and all I heard was laughter. Not the sweet laughter, but an evil one.

I shivered, as I hear laughs all around the dark place. I looked back, to find my door companion, but he was gone, shredded to pieces.

I finally cried, wanting help. I screamed for a while, wanting someone to come for me.

"Hey!", a voice slapped my thoughts. "Hey!"

I woke up, catching my breath. It was terribly hot, to the point I was sweating already. I stood up, shivering.

"Angela! You okay?", said Nikka.

"H-Huh? I thought I was in a...", I shuddered at the memory. I just need to think I'm okay now.

"Where? Tell me, Angela.", insisted Nikka. Her eyes were pleading my mouth to open.

"I'm sorry.", I said, as I looked down. I'm so sorry.

She sighed and turned back. "I saw you on the second floor, all white. I settled you down here, and you were screaming all of a sudden."

Second? I know I was in such a high floor. Maybe the third?

"Are you sure? At the second floor?", I asked her, clarifying my memory.

"Yup.", she nods.

"How many does this house have?", I ask.

"You live here, clean here, and you don't know?!", she shouted, as she looked at me with such surprised eyes. "Oops. Sorry for shouting.", she giggled after.

"Y-Yeah. So, how many?"

"I think there are 3 floors. I'm scared of the third floor, 'cause it's really high. It's dangerous. I was glad to only see you at the second."

Oh. So I was in the third floor before. Next question.

"Have you seen a door?"

"On what floor?"

"Hm. Maybe on the second?"

"Door? There's a lot of doors in the second floor. Why?", she turned to look at me.

I flush. "H-Hm. Nothing in particular. Just making sure on how many rooms am I going to clean later."

She giggles, "How busy you are, Angela."

I laughed awkwardly, making her tilt her head, curious.

"What happened?"

"N-No, I'm thinking a lot. How about we go to the third floor?"

She gave me a weird look. "Why?"

"I'm curious."

She sighed, and scratched her head, "Okay. Just don't make fuzz there. I'm scared up there."

I giggled, and nodded afterwards.

As we arrived in the third floor, my memory went clear. This was the floor where I saw my door friend, as it led me east. I walked a little more, searching for the stairs.

"H-Hey, Angela. Can I go down now?", Nikka stuttered.

I looked back, forgetting about her. "Why?"

"I don't know. I feel... Cold.", said Nikka, scared.

I ran to her, leading her downstairs as I went up again.

This time, I saw the door again.

I was surprised.

Minutes later, it changed form. It talked.

"Alice."

A manly form appeared in front of me. He has a lot of characteristics like mine, black hair, tall. It's like Gabriel.

Interrupting my thoughts, he spoke. "Go up."

"Where to?"

"Go up.", he insists. He pointed at a wall.

I wanted to ask more questions, but my body moved beyond my own will. "Go.", he said.

I was forcing myself to stop, but I can't. I just looked back at him, and shouted. "Who are you?!"

He laughed, and said, "Maybe a man who loves you dearly.", he said as he smiled to me. Such a mature look.

I walked up, doing his favour.

I went up only to see Chester.

"O-Oh. Hi.", he said, nervous and surprised.

"Yeah. What are you doing here?", I asked, tilting my head.

He looked away from me. "N-Nothing."

He's very secretive. I insist on asking once again, but same replies goes back to me.

"This would be the last. Please, tell me.", I said with such concerning voice.

Surprised, he sighed and scratched his head. He finally calmed down a bit. "Don't be shocked."

He looked all serious, making me feel scared. "Y-Yeah." I haven't seen him like this yet.

"C-Can... I ask a hug from you?"

"W-What?"

"Can I hug you?"

"Tell me, what do you need that for? And why are you here?" Unbelievable.

"I'm here for you."

"Nevermind.", I sighed as I continued, "What do you need that for?"

He shrugged a little. "Nothing."

"Honestly?"

He sighed. "I actually took liking to you."

WHAT.

He said, "I might not be able to see you again, but I wanted to say..."

He grabbed my arm, and kissed me passionately. He planted soft, little kisses to my lips. Such gentle ones.

I flush hard.

He released me, and hugged me. "I love you, Alice."

Tighter, he said. "I love you, Angela."
