" You like ?" Lani asked, spinning around in the dress.

Today she was trying on both of her dresses. She had already tried on the dress she would be wearing down the aisle, but she didn't show her mom or her nanny because she wanted them to be surprised when they saw her on her wedding day. Now she was in the dress she would be wearing at her reception.

" So y'all just not gone say nothing ?" she asked, watching both of them cover their mouths.

" Bug you look so beautiful." her nanny Sierra, pouted.

" Thank you nanny. Mama are you about to cry ?" Lani said, walking over to her.

" Lawd, you done got her started." Sierra joked.

" I'm trying not to. It's just my baby is all grown up, and I know people say kids grow fast, but I didn't think they meant this fast. You not my little Lani bug that used to climb in the bed with me and your dad just because. You got you a grownup job, and you getting married, you not my baby no more." Leah sniffled, making Lani pout.

" Aww mommy. No matter how old I get and how many adult accomplishments, I'll always be your baby. Because like you told me when I was younger, no matter how many kids I have or how old you get you'll always be my baby." Lani smiled, wiping the stray tears from her mothers face.

" I love you." Leah smiled, as they hugged.

" I love you more mommy." Lani responded, a single tear dropping down her face.

" Girl that's impossible." Leah giggled.

" Whatever you say." Lani shrugged.

" Okay, let me change out of this so we can go." Lani said, walking back towards the dressing room.

" All this wedding stuff make me wish I got married." Sierra said.

" I mean it's never too late to get married, I know you seen my mom." Leah said.

" Mama that is not a good example." Lani laughed.

" Yea I thought about that after I said it." Leah agreed.

" Men our age usually come with kids, and Lord knows I don't need to be around nobody kids 24 hours, 7 days a week, especially kids that aren't mines. Unless they my god kids of course." Sierra responded.

" Bye Morgan, thanks for my beautiful ass dresses." Lani smiled, hugging Morgan.

" You welcome, and remember it's see you later." Morgan said, making Lani shake her head.

" Okay well see you later. I love you." Lani said, blowing kisses as she walked out of the door.

" I love you too." Morgan yelled.

" Nanny where you about to go ?" Lani asked.

" To go make me some big girl money. I'll see you tomorrow at 3:30, and please be on time." Sierra responded.
