" Get up hoe." Royal said slapping Morgan's ass.
" Ow. Shit that hurt, what was that for." she said.
" Your first class starts in 30 minutes, that's what that was for. Now if you excuse me I'm off to class." Royal said, blowing a kiss before walking out the door. Her first class on Monday's are Spanish. Luckily the building with foreign language wasn't that far from her dorm anyway.
She made it to the class with exactly one minute left to spare, and the classroom was packed. After a long minute of searching she finally found an open seat closer to the back of the classroom. Once she sat down she couldn't help but admire the boy next to her. He was light skin, with medium brown eyes, and brown dreads.
As soon as the professor came out she turned her attention to her.

" Hey mommy."Lani said. She had just finished her last class of the day.
" If it isn't my lil college girl. I thought you were going to forget all about me." Leah exaggerated.
" Mama, must you be so dramatic." Lani laughed.
" Yes I must. How was your first day bug ?" Leah said.
" It was good I guess. Of course everyone was asking me who did my hair and if they could do it." Lani said, making her mom blush.
" Hey baby." Lani heard her dad say to her mom.
" Hey daddy." Lani called.
" That's bug ?" he asked, and her mom shook her head.
" What's up my lil college star. What you been up to over there ?" Benji, her dad, said.
" Nothing. I just been chilling mostly." Lani answered.
" Any campus parties ?" Benji asked.
" Oh yea. Me, Royal, and Morgan are going to the semester opener party on I think Friday or Saturday." Lani responded.
" Aww my babies going to they first college party , just wait till I tell nanny." Leah cooed.
" Lawd. All we need is another overdramatic person to know." Lani laughed.
" I am not overdramatic. Benji am I overdramatic?" Leah responded.
" Hmm. Kids come here y'all sister on the phone." Benji yelled.
" Benji." Leah said , smacking his chest.
" Hey Lani." an 12 year old, Kapree said.
" Hey pooh, I miss you." Leah said.
" I miss you more, I don't know how much longer I can deal with Ace and Rumi." Kapree retorted.
" Don't do them, they aren't even that bad." she laughed.
" Yes they are plus I'm the oldest at home now, so all they do is bother me. Now I know how you felt." Kapree spoke.
" The only difference was that it was 3 instead of two." Lani laughed.
