Lani was awoken to R & B music and the smell of breakfast. Before going downstairs she decided to start her morning routine.
She went in the bathroom, first brushing her teeth and then washing her face. Next she did her skin routine. Once she was done she slipped on her robe and she grabbed her phone, then making her way downstairs.
" Good morning baby." Lani said, putting her hands around his neck and kissing him.
" Morning, and good morning to you too." he said, before he kissed her stomach. " I just finished breakfast , so you cam down here just in time."
" Thank you." she smiled, sitting at the breakfast bar.
" Are you ready for today ?" Lani questioned. Today was finally the day they would be telling their families about their new addition. About 3 weeks had passed, and now Lani was sitting at 10 weeks. She had an appointment yesterday and Dae Dae made sure he was there and he definitely shedded a few tears at the appointment.
" Hell yea. Plus I'm sure this game night gone be funny as hell." he laughed.
" Yeah, both our families competitive as hell." Lani agreed, taking a bite of her biscuit.

Game night was actually more of game day, being that Dae Dae's family lived over and hour away and they didn't want them driving super late or having to get a hotel.
Since it was around Christmas time the played Christmas related games. The first game they played was who could make the bets snow man, out of fake snow of course, since it didn't snow much in Savannah. Right now they were finishing up Christmas version of the board game, Sorry.
" That's not fair y'all cheated." Brook said.
" Cheater? I don't know her." Jasmine said, making the rest of her team laugh.
" Anyways. The next game we're going to play is Wheel of fortune. So Dae Dae is going to give y'all numbers, even numbers will go in that corner and the odd numbers will be in that corner." Lani instructed, and they all nodded. Dae Dae counted them off as she rolled out the board and the table.
Once both of the teams were settled, they began telling the rules.
" I'm sure all of y'all know how to play Wheel of Fortune. If not feel free to ask me or one of your teammates. The team that solves the puzzle will win the money they have earned plus the money the other team has won. The money the team wins will be split equally amongst y'all since this is not the Bank of America." Dae Dae said, making both teams laugh.
" And I'm your letter girl." Lani smiled, making the teams giggled.
Both teams picked a representative for rock, paper, shoot , so that they could see who would be going first. The odd team one , and their first representative was Dom.
" A." Dom called out.
" There are 2 A's." Dae Dae said.
" Can I buy another vowel ?" she asked, and Dae Dae shook his head.
" I." She said.
" There are two I's." Dae Dae said, as the two I's appeared onto the screen. Dom sat down and Des came up for the even team.
