Today Dae Dae was over at Cam's house, which was usually where he was at on a Friday night if he wasn't visiting Lani.
" Papa and Uncle Mir. When did y'all get here ?" Sienna said, going to give them hugs.
" We been here you was taking a nap." Dae Dae said.
Cam fixed her something to eat and then he joined them back at the table.

----------------------------------" I'm trying to figure out why we had to wake up so early just to come pick up the ring. That shit was still gone be here at 2." Mir said, shaking his head. Out of all they boys, Mir was the worst with waking up in the morning.
" Nigga it's 11. If you wanna see early, let Si spend the night with you." Cam laughed.
Before Dae Dae could say anything , the jeweler came out with the ring. He got it custom made just for her, because he thought she deserved the best.
" Damn that bitch clean." Cam said, making the jeweler laugh.
" You like it?" the jeweler asked.
" Yes, it's exactly what I envisioned." he answered.
" Shit maybe I need to switch to architecture." Mir said, shaking his head.

----------------------------------------" How you feeling bug? Your last career game is tomorrow." Leah said.
" I don't know. Like it's all so confusing to me, it's like I'm fine, but I'm not if you know what I mean. One part of me is fine with it being my last career game and then other part is sad. Because my career is over and I'll never play another game as a Clark Atlanta Panther." Lani expressed.
" Well Lani it's okay to be confused about your feelings. But I think a reason you hold on to basketball so much is because of Uncle Shoota. Like when you sprained your ankle and you were so down." Leah expressed.
" Why you say that ?" Lani asked, head tilted.
" While Uncle Shoota was alive y'alls favorite thing today was play basketball. It was something y'all bonded over, so naturally when he passed away you naturally clung to basketball because when you play it's like a part of him is with you." Leah explained, and Lani nodded her head.
