3 years later....

" Good morning mommies. I'm your host Maleah Brewester and today I have with me 4 very special guest." Leah announced. " In today's segment we will be highlighting our entrepreneur mommies."

Leah started a radio talk show about 2 years ago, to promote moms all over the world. Working moms, non-working moms, single moms, moms in relationships, etc.

" I'm Kelani Hendrix, and I am CEO of the sports show, 404 Sports talk, and co-owner and CEO of Ryan Brooks Sports Agency. And I am a mommy of 3 beautiful kids." Lani smiled, proud of all of her accomplishments.

Lani started her Sports Talk show about 2 years ago and it was doing better than she could've ever expected. Her first year she won A sports Talk Emmy and she was beyond excited.

" I am Dominique Powers and I am CEO of Your in Adah's Care. I am a mother too 4 wonderful kids." Dom smiled. She opened her own foster/adoption center last year, and she named it after her nana. If it wasn't for her nana she would've ended up in a foster home so this was very close to home for her.

" My name is Royal Cartier, and I am co-owner and co-ceo of Ryan Brooks Sports Agency. I am a mother to beautiful twins." Royal spoke. Both Lani and Royal were star agents so they decided to start their own agency and name it after there late grandfather, to cary on his name.

" I'm Morgan Duncan and I am CEO of Get Glammed Up. I am the mother to a awesome little girl." Morgan smiled.

" Welcome ladies to Mommies with Motivation. My watchers have sent me a few questions for you guys to answer. So lets get started." Leah smiled, at all of them.

" First question, how do you manage time between your kids and your business ?" the producer spoke.

" You guys fine with going this way ?" Leah asked, pointing around the table and they nodded their heads. " I would definitely say establish a schedule that would work for you. Back when my kids were younger I started working an hour before they went to school and I stopped working an hour before they got out." she answered.

" Like my mom said establishing a schedule. Also having a time and place for work, like a at home office so that you can separate the two. I try to do most of my work when my kids aren't home and if I don't finish by the time they get home I wait till they go to sleep. Just to make sure that they have my full undivided attention." Lani answered.

" I agree with what Lani say. Also I like to carve out specific days just for them, so that I not only have times for my kids, but I'm not burning myself out." Royal explained.

" Like the other mommies said setting a specific schedule. Also sometimes I like to take my older kids to work with me." Dom spoke.

" For me having a set schedule and along with having an assistant. When you have someone else in your corner helping you it makes life so much easier. I let my assistant handle the smaller things and I handle the bigger stuff which leaves me more time to be with my daughter." Morgan said.

" Amen to that one." Royal said.

" Assistants can be a girls best friend." Lani said.
