Epilogue

3 years later..

DRAVEN's POV

"Draven! Si Thali daw may kasamang vampire kanina.." Napalingon ako ng marinig ko si Winter.

"Huh? Sino nag sabi sayo?" Bigla akong kinabahan. Ayokong malaman ni Thali ang tungkol sakin dati at sa ibang mga vampire. I don't want her to live or suffer in the shadow of our past.

"Daddy told me. she saw her with a young vampire. I think they're playing."

"We need to get her now and tell her to never ever see that vampire again." I said.

Winter sat down beside me and hold my hands.

"Draven, Don't be too strict with her. Hindi natin pwedeng kontrolin kung sino lang ang dapat nyang maging kaibigan. Besides, When she grow up we are not always there to see kung sino-sino naman ang makikilala nya. Maybe she's destined to meet and know a vampire."

"I just don't want her to be confused and have a burden about the difference of humans and vampire. and I don't want her to know that her Dad was before a blood sucking vampi—"

"Shhh!" Winter said and kiss me. "Your old self was the reason why you are the best father and husband. Thali and I will always love you no matter how tragic or how bloody your past is we will always be proud of you."

I hug her.. Her voice was always the most calming voice ever for me. Those eyes that always looking at me all these years.. That voice.. All about her.. Sometimes i don't understand and I can't explain why i love her so bad but looking at those eyes.. I understand now, Why i married her.

"I love you..." I whisper and kiss her neck..

She chuckled, "Enough. Baka masundan agad si Thali." And she laughed.

Napahiya ako dun ah.

Btw, We are 3 years married and we have a 2 year old daughter. Nandito kami sa Philippines and Our family are in the Italy. Ocassionaly dumadalaw sila dito and now Winter's parents are here. There's some vampire here in the Philippines but i don't know them. nababalitaan ko lang and yun nga, as of today, nalaman ko na meron pala dito malapit samin na vampire at yun yung nakakalaro ngayon ni Thali.

Tumayo na si Winter and papunta na sya sa kusina. "Daddy, Can you get Thali? And check if those vampire in the neighborhood is Good or bad." Winter said.

So, Eto tumayo na ako at nakasalubong ko si Daddy Eduard. "Dad. I am about to get Thali."

"I'll come with you. I wanted to see that vampire family too." He said.

"Are you sure? What if they are bad and malaman na vampire ka din? Baka mas delikado po."

"No, It's fine. I want to know if you are safe here or not." He said so we go to get Thali.

We saw her with Winter's mom and the vampires.

"Dade!!" Thali shouted and lumapit sakin. agad ko syang binuhat.

Nanahimik lang yung parents ni Winter at umalis na kami.

"They're good." Chloe's dad said.

What a relief..

We are now eating dinner together. The three of us, just a normal family.. Don't include our dark past hehe.

Seeing my wife- Chloe, Being a very hands-on mother to our beautiful daughter and being a very supportive and loving wife to me.. Makes me fall inlove with her harder.

And looking to my daughter.. Picturing her future to be very smooth.. Secretly wishing her to be happy whenever path she will choose someday. I don't know how to be a perfect father, nor to be a perfect husband.. but i just want my little Thalia to chase what she really wants and what makes her happy.. I want my wife to never feel insecure and just wear the confidence she always has.

I feel my wife hands hold my hand..

"Draven, Don't think too much. let's eat." She said and smiled.

Natapos na kaming kumain. Thalia is asleep as well so it's only me and Winter.. :)))

I hug her.. "Winter.. I am thinking if are you really happy with me? Being just here doing the chores, being a mom..?"

She just smiled, and kiss my forehead. "I am never been this happy in my entire life.. You and Thali are the best gift i have ever received.. And I wouldn't trade you for anything.."

"Thanks for saying that. That's really what i want to hear." I said.

She invited me to bed and we fall asleep.

CHLOE'S POV

It's almost perfect.. The life I have now, with my daughter and husband, It's just beyond what I always asked. I guess I just have to be grateful for all of this.

So, here what happens in the past few years.

Alexandre, Jack & David are back in their country and live a life there.

Brandon and Bella are happy couple!!! they are here in the Philippines living their life and trying their best to live normal. I guess they also want to get married soon.

Brandon's parents are still bitter for what happened but the good thing is they accepted Brandon's chosen path which to be with the good vampires.

My parents are as expected they are in Italy. Almost all of them decided to live there for good. Ako lang talaga tong ayaw pumayag kaya nandito padin kami sa Pilipinas.

We actually have a business. And we are planning for our baby number 2!!! I really hope it's baby boy now.

So that's it! It feels like yesterday, all the trials, the dangers, the unexpected life that I would have.. the unexpected person became the most important person to me. I am still looking back the days I have been so down, so broke.. hopeless.. but then one day, A mysterious guy showed up, not knowing he was just living next door and without knowing that he was a vampire, I allowed him to enter my life and changed it. and now, here we are.. spending the rest of our lives together....
