Kathir looked at his wife in the rear-view mirror of his bike, she sat hugging him by his waist admiring the night sky, the full moon and the cool breeze with one hand extended out like a school kid. Mullai was on an all-together different world since she declared her love for Kathir to her mother with such audacity and confidence. Owning her love to someone she devoured equally was kind of making their relationship complete and whole.

They reached home after the slow relishing ride and entered into an almost-filled hall brimming with laughter and noise, which got subdued the minute they came into view and turned into muffled teasing smiles directed at them. Dhanam had come home that afternoon with her mother to stay for a few days, after she could no longer resist being separated from them all.
