They were soaring through the sky trying to find their goddess. But miles away laying in a field of flowers a beautiful girl was staring at the sky. Softly humming a tune. Next to her was an older woman, who was playing this her long brown hair. But that peaceful moment didn't last long because there were two giant footsteps coming their way. There cast in front of the sun turning the day into night.
"Rhea!" A booming voice said coming extremely closer to the two. The older woman was now on her feet trying to hide the little girl from her husband. Once he was in front of her, he shrunk to her size.
"Give me the girl Rhea!" He was not having it, he was going to eat the girl as he did her sister.
"You said I still had time with her". She was pleading, Rhea always wanted a daughter but now she was being ripped from her arms.
"It'd be fine mama, I saw it" The little girl finally said walking in front of her mother. Kronos looked at the little girl confused.
"What did you mean by that?". She wasn't afraid and he wanted to know why. She stared blankly looked at him and said, " I saw it come true, the future. The end of the titans." She said calmly. His face was full of rage and without hesitation, she was swallowed.
I was scared awake. Just remember, that was all in the past. He can't hurt you anymore, he is long gone. I slowly turned my head and saw the clock. It read six-thirty. I groaned and got out of bed. Making my way to the restroom I could sense something, something was off. Everything is going to change today. I shook off this sensation away and continued with my day. I changed and headed outside of the house. Everything seemed normal, people were talking with each other. Others were in a rush to go to work. Ignoring them all I made my way to my favorite place in the world, the library.
"Good morning Calypso" My coworker, Elaine said waving at me. I smiled and waved back. Unlike the rest of the gods, I'm here living with the humans, living a normal life. While they are up in the sky living in peace.
"Calypso!" Elaine said waving her hand in front of my face. I blinked and saw her staring at me concerned.
"There's a guy in front of the library he was there since yesterday". I looked at her weirdly there was someone outside. I made my way to the front door and saw a guy just sitting on the bench reading a book. I looked closer and saw he was reading a book about Greek mythology. Who was he and what was he doing here? Was he looking for me?
I took a deep breath and stepped outside. He was wearing a black hoodie and ripped jeans. I tried looking at his face but I couldn't see who he was. If he was a god he would be showing himself confidently. He turned around and he was staring right at me. I took a step back, he looked just like him. They are so similar. They even have the same eyes. He stood up and started walking towards me, unmoved by my actions.
"Who are you and what do you want?" I asked him. I backed into a wall. How can I be scared? Is it because he looks just like Zeus or is it because of his presence, all the sadness that surrounds him?
"I'm Angel, I'm the son of Zeus. I'm looking for someone who can take me to the camp?" He looked at me with pleading eyes. What camp and what is he talking about? I didn't know demigods can sense me. I was always left alone. He must have some guts.
" I'm Calypso and I don't know how you found me but you have to leave before they find me," I told the kid. His face changed when he heard my response. He looked mad, really mad.
"I came all this way to find a woman who would help me go to a camp for demigods and instead I find you. You must know where it is?". I looked at him saddened.
"I'm sorry kid but I don't know where this camp is. I have been all over the world for longer than you have and I've never interacted with you demigods. You should know not to talk to me but you are one stubborn demigod." He looked at me confuse and weirded out.
