Steve and you had started binging Brooklyn Nine-Nine during quarantine since it never failed to cheer you two up and bust the boredom. The previous day you'll had watched the jimmy jab episode from season 2 which sparked an idea from you. So the next day you had gathered everyone around.
The curious Avengers couldn't contain the suspense as they shouted for you to tell them what was going on. You held up a hand and silenced the room. ʻʻEveryone shut up! So I'm sure you all know that amazing show Brooklyn nine nine well, if you don't then I'm sorry but we can't be friends anymore.ʼʼ
You caught Wanda biting her lip and Natasha raising a brow. Thor murmured something about ʻʻdid she say cloud nine?.ʼʼ Steve laughs ʻʻI told you this wouldn't work, beautiful.ʼʼ
You pout which he finds adorable so Steve kisses you lightly, not being a fan of pda but he couldnt help himself. You turn your attention back to the group of talking heroes ʻʻguys, in short we will be playing a series of games and it's called jimmy jab.ʼʼ
Sam sticks his hand up ʻʻcan we change the name?.ʼʼ You sigh ʻʻsure whatever, now ssh I have to explain the games.ʼʼ You launch into another explanation quickly informing everyone about the games and what you'll had to do.
Vision decides to oversee the competition and play refree. Everyone soon takes their positions when Steve turns to look at you, his game face on which makes him look extra sexy ʻʻyou are going down,Y/l/nʼʼ you smirk ʻʻoh it's on,Rogers!ʼʼ the whistle blows and everyone dashes off.
Night had fallen, the winner had been crowned (Nat won), dinner had been eaten and now you layed in bed with Steve. His fingers laced with yours and your free hand played thumb war with his. You giggled as Steve pinned your thumb down for the 6th time.
ʻʻThis is so unfair!ʼʼ you cutely huff and he chuckles, letting you win on the 7th try. You narrow your eyes at him ʻʻdid you just let me win?ʼʼ He feigns innocence ʻʻI don't know what you're talking about.ʼʼ You sit up, moving to straddle him.
His hands rest on your waist immediately as you lean down, your hair following and brushing against his cheek. Steve let's out a low laugh as he brushes it back. He is staring at you with those intensely blue eyes and your breath hitches.
Your lips brush against his, Steve's hand moves to cup your face, the other still on your waist. He applies slight pressure there before he pushes up and his lips meet yours in a sweet passionate kiss, your fingers entangling in his hair and his are underneath your shirt.
