You were sick with a cold and Peter just really wanted to make you a bowl of good soup so it could help you feel better.
Things did not go as smooth as he hoped it would so now Peter is doing too many things at once. Pots are steaming,half chopped veggies are strewn over the counter and it's one big mess as he webs things to make them stay into place nearby when he needs it.
You walk in with comfy pjs on,after your shower to see webs coming out of Peter's shooter and a box of chicken stock cubes getting slapped against the kitchen wall.
You frown as you look at your boyfriend ʻʻPete? What are you doing?ʼʼ
ʻʻOkay I know this looks bad... but I was trying and clearly failing at cooking you some soup.ʼʼ He gestures to the mess cutely with a sigh.
ʻʻI'm sorryʼʼ a sheepish look as he rubs the back of his neck.
Your lips stretch into a soft warm smile as you aww at Peter and cross the room to get to him. You hug Peter tight,burying your face into the crook of his neck and he chuckles in that adorable way ʻʻWhat's this for?ʼʼ
You don't pull apart instead you nuzzle closer to him before placing a kiss on his cheek ʻʻThis is because I have the world's greatest boyfriend ever, one whom tries to make me soup when i have a cold which is super sweet. I freaking love you,Spiderman.ʼʼ
He blushes lightly as he licks his lips ʻʻI love you tooʼʼ Peter runs a hand though his hair before going in to kiss you on the lips but you pull back, a hand on his chest ʻʻI don't want you to get sickʼʼ
Peter gives you an i-dont-care look ʻʻI won't get sick, I'm Spidermanʼʼ he matter of factly says as he juts out his chest for emphasis.
You playfully roll your eyes and giggle,shaking your head at him.
Peter takes the hand you have on his chest and interlocks your fingers with his, he then pulls you against him ʻʻBesides If I want to kiss my girlfriend I will. I don't care about getting sick. I care about youʼʼ his beautiful brown eyes stares into yours as he brings a hand up to brush back your hair.
Love fills your heart as you look at Peter and all you want to do is hold onto your Avenger hero forever so when he leans closer to you for a kiss, you don't pull back.

one week later
Peter sneezes and you hand him a tissue ʻʻI thought Spider-Man didn't get sickʼʼ you tease which results in a pouty look from him before his eyes dart to your lips and a slight grin appears ʻʻIt was worth it thoʼʼ
You playfully nudge Peter making you both chuckle as you turn on Netflix and drape a blanket over you and Peter to cuddle with.
