you 3 were playing would you rather. . .

You and the Odinson brothers were playing a game of would you rather? which you'll had picked up from Tony and Bruce on a visit to Earth a few months ago.

Thor very much liked the game so he often randomly started a round of it. You and Loki would play along as it was a fun past time.

ʻʻOkay so lady Y/n,would you rather?ʼʼ
Thor had begun one late boring afternoon in Asgard.

Loki and you snickered before turning your attention back to Thor.

ʻʻI thought I told you to stop calling me lady Y/n since we have adopted a more modern approach ever since Earth.ʼʼ

ʻʻIt's a habit that will take sometime to stop.Now back to the game!ʼʼ the God of thunder clapped his hands.

ʻʻah, yes brother the game which you force us to play everytime.ʼʼ Loki rolled his eyes.

Thor ignored him and started on his two options ʻʻwould you rather marry Loki or marry me as in Thor?.ʼʼ

Loki perked up at the sound of his name being an option, he was intrigued to know whom you would pick.For the God of mischief had a thing for you & you for him but none of you had a clue about each other's feelings except for Thor whom wished happiness for his brother and his bestfriend.

You thought for a while then groaned in annoyance at this whole dilemma.
you couldn't pick Thor as that wasn't true, you viewed him as a good friend and you couldn't pick Loki coz he probably didn't like you like that.
what if Thor really liked you?
that would totally mess things up!

you glanced over at thunder man and he sneakily shot you a wink and bobbed his head towards Loki's direction.

you frowned then looked at Loki whom was busy playing with his ring,
something he did when anxious or deeply in thought.

you wondered if Thor knew about your feelings for Loki and was trying to set you two up. Thor then gestured at Loki again.

yep definitely trying to set us up

You drew a breath and decided to take your shot ʻʻI'd rather marry,Loki.ʼʼ

Two things happened in that moment.
Thor looked like a proud dad but tried to hide it and Loki was relieved and so glad that you picked him but wanted to play it off cool.

Attempting to hide his cute smile, Loki clicked his tongue and looked at Thor as he taunted ʻʻso rude of Y/n to pick the obviously better brother.ʼʼ

ʻʻAnd my work here is done. you are welcome,brother, Y/n.ʼʼ Thor grinned before patting Loki on the back then walking off smugly.

You laughed at his retreating figure. Thor was too much of a softie.

ʻʻSo I take it that was my brother's stupid plan to get us together?.ʼʼ Loki stepped closer towards you.

ʻʻOh I'm sorry I thought Thor was right when he planned this as in you liked me too. I mean why else would he do this?ʼʼ you left the question hanging, waiting for Loki to say something.

ʻʻwell, my brother was right, he actually did something right for once but ssh don't tell him that now.ʼʼ

you blushed as Loki closed the distance between you two kissing your lips softly.

ʻʻI do like you Y/n very much so and if you will have I, Loki Laufeyson, son of Laufey/Odin, God of mischief as your betrothed then I would be honoured.ʼʼ

You rested your forehead against his, a wide smile on your lips ʻʻthe honour is all mine.ʼʼ

An elated Loki and you kiss under the Asgard night sky as Thor clapped from a distance at his successful match-making. . .

this was sorta cute
even tho im not a huge loki stan.
so if somethings aren't accurate, just go with it. was in a writing funk tbh and this just happened. idk if it's that good or anything but hey! it's something.
