Emma's pov
"Just come with me." He begged.
"With the baby?"
"Why not? She's not starting school for another 4 years and what's holding you back? This way we won't be apart."
He made a good point.
"What are you going to do here by yourself? You know how hard it was when I was working on the album. Touring is going to be so much harder and I just want you with me. I want Valerie with me." He kept arguing. I stayed quiet. I didn't have a reason to stay so I don't know why I hesitated.
"Ok, fine. We'll go on tour with you." I replied. Ashton wrapped his arms around me and picked me up, spinning me.
"Irwin put me down." I giggled.
"Sorry, I'm just happy." Ashton said as put me down, keeping his hands on my hips.
"So when do we leave?" I asked, knowing we were probably leaving soon.
"Tomorrow."
"Tomorrow?!"
"We've been arguing about this for the past month! Don't tell me it's too short notice." He defended himself.
"You've been so busy promoting the album you haven even been here to argue with." I walked away from him and went to our room, pulling out our suitcases.
I started angrily throwing things into the suitcases and slamming drawers.
"Em, calm down." Ashton grabbed my hand.
"Ashton I'm fine. Let me pack so I make sure we get everything." I replied, pulling my hand away, but he pulled me closer.
"You're not fine." He sighed. He rested his forehead on mine and I gave in, intertwining our hands together.
"Shouldn't she grow up in a home? I don't want her growing up in hotel rooms and the back of a bus."
"Where she is doesn't matter. As long as she has both of her parents with her." He whispered.
"I hate it when you're right." I chuckled.
"It doesn't happen very often so just let me have my moment." He replied, smiling. Just then, Valerie started crying.
"I'll go get her. You need to pack." He said before walking towards the door.
"Don't you have to pack too?"
"I'm a man. I don't much, just T-shirts and dragon ball z DVDs."
Ashton's pov
The next day the bus came to pick us up and I stayed up all night making sure it was perfect.
It pulled up to our house and Emma called me.
"Ashton the bus is here!"
I checked the house for the nth time making sure cords were plugged out, windows were closed, and the stove was off.
"ARE WE READY TO PARTY?!" Michael yelled at the top of his lungs, scaring Valerie and making her cry.
"Shit, I'm so sorry Val. Uncle Michael didn't mean to scare you." He picked her up from the floor and held her.
"Mikey, we have to work on lowering your voice." Em chuckled. She was carrying bags and I grabbed them from her.
"I can carry those you know." She smiled.
"Don't worry I got it."
"Just let me help you." She reached out for a bag, but I held them out of her reach.
"I said I got it." I giggled before kissing her on cheek.
"Fine." She scoffed turned around. Michael followed her out with Valerie. I walked out, Luke and Calum helping me put the bags under the bus. We turned to each other and waited when I heard her shout my name.
"ASHTON."
I laughed, running into the bus with Calum and Luke behind me.
Last night after we settled our little argument, the boys and I decided to pimp up the bus for my little girl. We all agreed she deserve the best living arrangements so we turned the back room into a nursery. We put in a crib and changing station with the legs bolted in to the floor, I got pink twinkley lights hung around the room and the finishing touch was a 5sos poster. Luke thought it would be funny and I had to admit I liked it.
"How did you-" she tried to say, but I interrupted her.
"Just wanted to assure you made the right choice." I smiled. I really wanted her to come with me so I made sure both of my girls were comfortable and happy.
"You're the best you know that?" She pulled me into a hug and I kissed her forehead before resting my chin on her head.
"I know." I giggled.
Michael put Valerie down in her crib and since she was 9 months she stood up and smile at us.
"She likes it!" Michael clapped.
"You're such a softie." Emma patted his shoulder before going to toward the front of the bus.
"What are you talking about I'm a man." Michael lowered his voice and puffed up his chest, following her.
Emma's pov
That night we had our usual walk to the stage. The boys jumped around and huddle while I held Valerie. She was a little cranky because of the noise, but being Ashton Irwin's daughter as soon as the boys started to play she clapped along.
"Look at daddy!" I pointed to Ashton and she would make grabby hands.
He looked over and waved and Valerie started wiggling around, happy that she got her dad's attention.
"Before we move on, I think we need to bring out a special little lady. Her name is Valerie." Ashton announced as stood up and got close to our side of the stage. I put her down and held her hands as we walked to Ashton. I stopped a few feet in front of Ashton and let go of Valerie, hoping she would keep walking. She could stand on her own, but as soon as I let go she turned to me with a worried expression on her face.
"Come on Val. Come to daddy." Ashton whispered.
The crowd was cheering and awwing at our little girl. The stage didn't scare me anymore. I've been on it so many times I've gotten used to it and Valerie seemed to love it too.
She looked over at Ashton and smiled before taking very cautious steps. She stumbled a little but was able make it to Ashton's arms.
"Wooo!" I cheered and Ashton held her up high wiggling her. She was loving the attention.
"Wave to everybody." Ashton said, holding her little hand and waving it at the crowd. Everyone cheered and I've never seen Valerie smile so big.
"I love you so much." He kissed her on the cheek and she giggled.
Michael came over and kissed her on the cheek as well.
Ashton kissed me before handing me Val, waving as we walked off stage.
We watched the rest of the show and I looked down at my little girl and I just knew I lost her to the stage. At that moment I knew she was going to be exactly like her dad. This was so random I don't even know what I'm doing anymore lol. I hope you guys like it though. Vote and comment if you'd like. Love you guys!
