Alright, here's a short update. I don't want to give away too much yet, but don't hesitate to comment or vote. Thanks for anyone who reads this. Love you guys! And I apologize for any gramatical errors, I try but hey, I'm not perfect. Even in my American Apparel underwear. ;)

"Library in 20 minutes." was all that was said before the line went dead. I opened my window and carefully climbed out to the roof and down the side of my house. My feet hit the ground hard, but I quickly recovered. I got up and walked down the towns empty and dark streets towards the library. My excitement grew with each step and so did the intensity of the butterflies in my stomach. I really hoped no one saw me.

As I got closer, I noticed the thumping music and the blinking lights. I opened the door and the familiar smell of books hit me. I smelled the drugs and alcohol too. The place with crowded with bodies brushing past me every 5 seconds. I grabbed a red cup and let the cool beer do it's job. The music felt good and my hips moved to the beat. I walked around looking for my best friend Alex. She was the one who planned all of this and I had to admit I was quiet proud. It never beat my party in the abandoned warehouse a couple months ago though. I finally spotted her blue hair in the crowd and I hugged her from behind.

"Congratulations on an awesome party!" I started slurring.

"Thanks babe. Glad the goody two shoes could make it." She joked as she turned to put an arm around me.

"Trust me, I wouldn't miss this for the world." I smiled back before leading her out to the dance floor and dancing the night away.

At about 4 in the morning, the alarm rang because some stupid horny couple decided to sneak into the main office. The red lights flickered and the crowd began to panic looking for a way out.

Before I could say anything Alex blew me a kiss before disappearing into the crowd. I had to find a way out. Even drunk I knew the front doors would be too crowded and risky. I knew this library better than anyone, so I took the back door which no one was using.

I slipped out into the chilly morning and stumbled behind the ally, back home. Walking the streets would get me caught so I decided to take the long way home, down the back alleyways of downtown. The sun was starting to come out and I smiled at myself, happy that I was able to pull off another successful night. My moment of pride was ruined by the loud sirens of the police cars. I quickly ducked behind a dumpster and waited until the sirens grew softer and softer. I peeked around the corner to make sure the coast was clear when I found myself face to face with a boy with messy blonde hair and mesmerizing hazel eyes. He surprised me so much I hit my head against the dumpster causing it to rattle loud and my brain to throb.

"Never thought I'd see the day I saw you hide from the police. What did you do? Did you liter? No no no I got it...you had an overdue book." he joked.

Who the fuck was this guy?

"It's none of your business. What the fuck are you doing in a dark ally way at 4 in the morning anyways?" I asked back rudely.

"I'm helping with the soup kitchen for the homeless." He said with a smirk.

I glared at him. I stood up and walked past him to look at the building and he was right. The soup kitchen banner hung right above the door.

"You better get home before daddy realizes you're gone." he said with a triumphant smile.

"Don't tell me what to do." I growled before jogging down the ally, back home.
