Ashton's pov
I woke up with the sun in my eyes and Emma in my arms in the back of the bus. I could hear the boys making breakfast and due to the loud noises I could tell it was not going well. I slowly untangled myself from Emma and made my way towards the front of the bus.
"Luke did you eat all the Vegemite?!"
"I was hungry. What did you want me to do, starve?!"
"YES."
"Guys there's two more jars in the other cupboard." I said opening the cupboard doors to find it completely empty.
"Luke?" I groaned.
He just smiled as if it were the funniest thing in the world.
"We're going to have to stop to buy some for breakfast. I'll go tell Chip." Michael said as he made his way to the bus driver.
"Wal-Mart adventure!" Calum yelled as he threw his arms in the air.
"Good morning." Emma greeted as she rubbed her eyes.
"Good morning beautiful." I teased as she sat down. She punched me in the arm. Her hair was messy and looked sleepy, but she still managed to take my breathe away. Cheesy, I know.
"Shut up."
"Not much of a morning person are ya?" Michael stated as he walked back. She just glared at him.
"So what are we gonna do today?" She asked as she stole a piece of my toast.
"We're going on a Wal-Mart adventure!" Calum yelled with a smile.
"Great. I don't have to change." She said looking down at her white tank top and grey sweats.
"Alright we're here boys." Chip announced from the front of the bus.
Emma's pov
I grabbed my shoes and one of Ashton's beanies to hide my hair.
We walked in unnoticed and suddenly everyone dispersed into different directions.
"What do you guys need?" I asked confused as to why Michael was suddenly really interested in the pool noodles.
"Vegemite."
"Then why..."
"It's an adventure for a reason. We're going to be here a while." Ashton chuckled. Ashton and I decided to focus on what we came here for and once it was in our basket the boys came running back. Luke had a tutu and fairy wings on holding a light saber at my neck.
"Emma. I am your father." He said trying hard not to laugh, but failing.
Out of no where Michael ran into him. Michael had a scuba mask on with some floaters and flippers.
"I really wish we had a pool in the bus." Michael said pretending to swim around.
Calum came back with 5 jumbo sized bags of chips.
"I'm ready." He said nodding.
"So are we." I replied. I turned around expecting to find Ashton, but he was gone.
I groaned just as Asthon raced down the aisle on a scooter.
He stopped in front of me and raised his eyebrows.
"Hop on. You know you want to."
I crossed my arms unamused as the others ran ahead.
"What the hell?" I decided to give in and jumped on behind him.
"Woo!"Ashton yelled at the top of his lungs causing people to stare.
"Oh my god people are staring." I buried my face behind Ashton's shoulder and laughed.
"What? I thought you like to break the rules?" Ashton raised his eye brows.
"Yeah, but I make sure we don't get caught."
"Who says were going get caught?"
"That wall of toilet paper your about to crash into." I pointed out in front of us.
"SHIT!" He yelled as he turned his wheel but it was no use we crashed, sending 3 ply toilet paper flying. We were thrown off scooter, but thankfully our fall was cushioned by the promotional toilet paper.
"This is where we run!" I said getting up and grabbing Ashton's hand. He didn't argue. He giggled as we ran through aisles making it seem like we were never close to that scooter or toilet paper.
"Your giggle is going to give us away." I chuckled as we stopped in the cereal aisle.
"I can't help it." He said stopping to catch his breathe.
"I wonder where the rest of the boys are." I said looking at the cereal. I was getting hungry so I might as well just grab a box.
"How can you think about cereal at a moment like this?" He exclaimed.
"I'm fucking hungry. I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast cuz you all dragged me to Wal-Mart where I just crashed into a wall of promotional toilet paper. So of course I'm going to think about cereal right now!" I replied. He laughed so hard he was out of breath again and I couldn't help but join him.
With Vegemite, jumbo size chip bags, and some cereal, we made our way back.
The bus could finally have some peace with a cupboard full of Vegemite.
Stomachs full, we made our way to the venue. It was early and we still had a couple hours before we arrived so the guys did what they usually did. Which was absolutely nothing.
"So you just sit and play Fifa all day?" I asked as I sat down opening a bag of chips that Calum got from Walmart.
"Hey!" He pouted as he paused the game. I grabbed a handful and threw the bag at him. He caught with a smile before stuffing his face.
"Hey there's nothing wrong with Fifa." Michael replied.
"I don't play Fifa. Or any video game actually." Ashton shrugged.
"I guess you can't get over how bad I beat you that one time." I smirked, remembering the memory. He opened his eyes wide, as if he had forgotten and he started laughing.
"Well at least I opened my bag of condiments correctly." He replied.
"That bag was impossible to open!" I argued.
"Then why did I open my pineapple fine?"
"I hate you."
"No you don't." He smirked.
"Whatever, Irwin." I scoffed.
"I hate you too, then." He giggled.
When we finished laughing about the stupid things we used to say before, I looked at the rest of the boys who are looking at us as if we were aliens.
"You guys are weird." Michael shook his head before starting the game again.
OK, personally this is my favorite part so far. I love the boys in Walmart. You never know what they'll do lol anyways I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do. Love you guys!
