Chapter 20 - "the end"

It happened in a few seconds, a huge light surrounded you and Kylo as you were standing in front of the emperor.
"That's not possible. How come the Force is so strong, so powerful, so destructive between you two? Think of how powerful we could be together, we could make the whole galaxy bow in front of us! Join me!" Palpatine said.
Kylo screamed in anger and destroyed the machine holding Palpatine's body. He was moving his saber so fast, he was letting out all the pain, all the sadness he had to get through in his life, all the mistakes he was induced to make that ruined his life.

Palpatine was trying to breath but couldn't.
"How does it feel to be tortured, to realise that your life's about to end, to feel all yourself being ripped apart?" Kylo said.
Palpatine tried to say something but you quickly pierced his chest.
He layed on the ground, his blank eyes open and a horrifying silent screaming expression on his face.
The machine collapsed and his body was buried under dust.

"Kylo... we did it... it's over..." you said. Kylo stood in front of you and suddently hugged you tight. That's when you collapsed in his arms.

You woke up in your bedroom and you were alone. You slowly got up and drank from the glass of water which was on the table. You slowly walked to the control room to look for Kylo.
Every trooper that passed by bowed in front of you, you smiled to each of them, nothing would've been possible without their support.

You found Kylo standing silent and looking out the window. He was majestic. His black robes made him look intimidating yet so handsome. You walked behind him and hugged him from the back.
"We finally created a peaceful galaxy."
"Yes Kylo, we did it" you said turning him to face you. He put his arms around your waist and kissed your forehead. You felt so happy.

"We have almost everything we've always dreamt of now" Kylo said looking at you.
You tilted your head. "Then what?"
"We don't have a little Ren"
"You don't have to remember me that" you scoffed him.
"She's looking at us all the time, I'm sure of it. We'll move on" Kylo said before crushing his lips against yours. You let yourself drown in that kiss, letting all your love flow through Kylo's lips.
"I think we should go" kylo said between the kisses.
"Wait, where?"
"Just hold my hand and follow me..." Kylo said.
You both laughed and headed to your private rooms.

You were safe.
