Olivia POV
From the second I stepped into the building filled with people, I knew I was going to get drunk.
Like, who wouldn't? It's a party!
What confused me the most was how Mia was sticking to me like glue. After I had chugged two cups of whatever, she grabbed me by the wrist and dragged me away from Noah. I hope he's okay.
Right now she's dragging me up the stairs and down a hallway. And damn her house is huge. I know she's probably dragging me to be pranked but the only thing I'm focusing on is her hand gently placed on my wrists, her hands are soft.
How drunk am I?!?
She has now dragged me into a room, most likely to be her room. There are posters all over, movie posters. I honestly wouldn't have expected this from her. She always seemed like the pretty princess type of girl, so I assumed her room to be covered in beauty magazines and makeup. I also assumed her wardrobe to be pink clothes or just trendy clothes, but there's a large variety of clothes. Baggy hoodies, baggy tops, sweatpants, dresses, crop tops, blue jeans, black jeans and all sorts of other stuff.
As I was looking around, Mia sat herself down on her bed after locking her bedroom door. She looked up at me so I guessed that meant that she wanted me to sit down next to her, so I did.
"Olivia, why are you the only person I actually enjoy talking to? All we do is insult each other but it's always the highlight of my day" her voice was quiet and shy, very different from her usual voice. She gave me a small smile which I returned.
"I don't know Miller. You were the only person I would talk to before Noah, you are the only person that ever spoke to me when nobody else would" I smiled at her, she smiled back.
This is weird, really weird. How drunk is she? How drunk am I?
"Um, Olivia. Do you actually love Noah?" she turned away from me with a sad, unsure, look on her face.
"No. Yes. Maybe. I don't know what to say to that, he's the only reason why people aren't spreading rumours about me anymore, he's the guy that brings me my coffee in the morning, he's the guy that laughs with me and he's the guy that gets embarrassed easily and hides his flustered face. He's an adorable, kind person, and I love him for that, but I'm not in love with him. But I will be in 53 days, because that's what we have to do to stop the people from bullying us" I gave her a smile. She looked guilty for a second before smiling back at me.
"Olivia, has Noah kissed you yet?" she said it queitly, so quiet that I didn't know if she'd said anything at all. But the way she looked at me expecting an answer told me that she had indeed said that.
"No, I'm still a kissing virgin. I don't think that's gonna change anytime soon" I laughed a little but she just stared into my eyes, then my lips.
She then placed her hand on the back of my head and gently pushed me towards her, she leaned in as well, closing the gap we had made. Our foreheads were placed against each other and her breathing was slightly uneven, and I'm pretty sure mine was too. She looked me in the eyes, her own asking for permission, so I nodded my head and within a second, my lips were gently pushed against hers.
The kiss was nice, soft, and it was over too quickly. If she thinks she can kiss me and pull away in a matter of seconds than she is hella wrong. I grabbed the back of her head and pulled her in for another kiss, she was surprised at first but eased into it. She parted her lips slightly, allowing my tongue entrance. And there we were, making out on her bed.
I melted into her touch and she let out pleasured sounds as my tongue explored her mouth. We didn't go any further than that, and when we pulled away, we smiled at each other. Our cheeks pink and our eyes sparkling. I wonder if kissing someone else would feel the same way as kissing her? Honestly, I don't want to kiss anyone else. That kiss was perfect, sweet, welcoming and very gay. I loved it.
