Our heroes drive several hours west without incident. They have arranged to stop at a particular restaurant in the suburbs of Cairo.

Kakyoin: So Egypt has Italian restaurants?

He asks as he exits the green sandrail.

Joseph Joestar: I guess Italian food is popular here too.
Avdol: Egypt has always been a cultural melting pot even in the time of the Pharaohs.
Von Stroheim: Egypt has been colonized by both za Romans & then ze Italians, so it's not surprising Italian food is popular. Let's find out why Ms. Sugimoto vanted us to come.

Stroheim parks the tan sandrail next to the green one in the dusty parking space.

Polnareff: Nice to be at a classy place suitable for a Frenchman such as moi.
Sherry: So why are we meeting here? It doesn't look like Gusteau's or anything.

Reimi: Because a friend owns this restaurant. After what we've been through, we deserve the best dinner in Cairo. Besides, my friend used to work at Gusteau's.
Sherry: Oh that's nice.

Hol Horse: Yeah it's best to go with someone you know. Can't trust anyone out here.
Jotaro: What a relief, now we don't have to worry about being poisoned.
Joseph Joestar: This cook is on the younger side but I hear he's world class.

Hol Horse & Jotaro take a smoke before heading inside with the others.
They walk into the new restaurant & sit at the few tables in the authentic yet humble dining establishment. Reimi Sherry & Kakyoin sit at one, as Jojo, Stroheim, & Avdol sit at another. Jotaro Horse & Polnareff sit at the remaining one. Then they hear some activity in the kitchen.

Joseph Joestar: Hey anyone there? We're ready to order.

An Italian chef in his early 20s walks out to greet them.

"Greetings amigo mios, welcome to my proud new establishment. You will find my cuisine to be beneficial for your dangerous journey. My fiore rosa Reimi told me all about your mission." Says the familiar-looking chef. (VA Christopher Bevins)

Polnareff: Wait you seem familiar.
Sherry: Have we met before?

He gives them a smile but doesn't answer.

Hol Horse: So amigo I've been needing to ask, where's the menus?
Chef: I'm sorry but we don't use those.
Hol Horse: What are you talking about? What kind of restaurant doesn't use menus?
Chef: What I serve depends on the patron I'm serving. First I examine the customer, then I decide what to prepare for them. As of now, I can tell you are all under-hydrated.
Reimi: Yeah, was hoping you'd have some Pedialyte or something.
Chef: Even better mademoiselle.

Avdol: So you predict what we wanna eat? I'm a fortune-teller & even I can't do that.

Reimi: Well you wanna introduce yourself?

Chef: Alright amigos, I am Chef Tonio Trendi. I am originally from Italy & like you I am a Stand-user.

A few of the guys tense up, not knowing what to expect.

Tonio: However my Stand has no combat abilities. It assists me in cooking the most miraculous dishes. My Pearl-Jam amplifies the healing abilities of whatever I make, & the more pure the ingredients the more intense the effects. The water I serve is a more potent hydrator than Pedialyte.

Polnareff: Wow, that's quite an ability.  Hit me with your best shot then.

Kakyoin: So how did you meet this guy?
Reimi: Well for the long story, I'll tell you later. But for now, let's say I hung out with him in France.
Tonio: Why yes, we met in Paris when I was working at Gusteau's restaurant.
Polnareff: So that's where I know you from.
Sherry: I love Gusteau's. So you don't work there anymore?
