By Your Side, Always! (RDJ x Reader)

4~WORK II

     "So..." Bud began. "Let's begin the meeting." Me and Adam sat on the chair, just behind the casts. Adam gave me a binder. I look at it and saw the suggestions the whole team agreed awhile ago. 

     "Who's gonna raise this?" I asked the team silently. 

     "You and Adam." Scott said, the editing manager said. I look at Adam and he nod his head at me. I nod back and began to look at Bud. 

     "I'm excited to work with you guys and I hope we enjoy our time together, making and producing this movie." Bud said. Then, everyone clapped their hands. 

     "First, I'd like to introduce our production team. We have Jay on our music.." The casts began to look behind them as Bud began to introduce one of us. "Then, our two production managers and assistant directors, Y/N and Adam." Bud introduced. I smiled at the casts and saw Robert smiling proudly at me. I saw Anthony patted Robert's shoulder and I chuckle. 

     "I'm gonna give the floor to our production managers to raise some timetable to us." Bud sat beside me, while me and Adam began to stand and walked in front of the people. I look at Adam and signed him to go first. 

     "So, we'll begin shooting tomorrow morning at the football field. I believed that the set begins to set up for tomorrow's shoot." Adam said and he look at me. 

     "At exactly 5 am, the casts should be at the venue, because you guys have exactly 30 minutes for your costume change. As I was talking with the production team, we have finally concluded that we could shoot for 8 scenes in the daylight and another 4 scenes in the evening." I said. 

     "Are we sure we could do 12 scenes on the same day?" Bud asked. 

     "We could do that." I said. 

     "How?" 

     "I was looking at the productivity level and we are sponsored by Orion Pictures, so why not use the people we have. We can't accompany hundred employees all in one venue." I said as I shrugged my shoulders. I saw Adam nodded his head and he continued my theory.

     "We can divide the people that will work on the scene and behind their computers. So that way, we can minimize the time frame and we can finished early production." Adam continued.

     "What about the editing department." Bud asked Scott.

     "We all agreed to the agenda. It's time saving and efficient. Adam and Y/N can send the film to us. I proposed a plan of having our running man. They'll be in-charge of bringing the films to us. While you, Y/N and Adam will plan of what take to use and edit for the movie." Scott told Bud. 

     "Okay. What else?" Bud asked me and Adam. 

     "That's all we want to raise." Adam said. I nodded at Bud and saw him smile. 

     "First day at work, and yet you impressed me." Bud told me. 

     "I hope it won't be the last." I said.

     "Good job everyone. See you all tomorrow at Upstate." Bud said and he went out of the room. Adam and I shake our hands and they headed out. I turned to look at Anthony, Robert and Mr. Downey.
