By Your Side, Always! (RDJ x Reader)

7~THE SET ALL DAY

*Y/N

     The whole day was spent here at the set. It's already lunch time and the casts went to the food tent where there's a catering of food there. I sat in between Robert and his dad. I began eating my food and I placed my head on Robert's shoulder. 

     "How are you? I haven't talked to you all day." He said. 

     "Well, I'm kind of busy. Running around everywhere. Giving out jobs and orders and instructions." I said as I ate my pasta. 

     "How's my acting skills?" He asked. I laughed at him as I remembered his scenes were all so goofy.

     "You're very funny. You, being funny, makes me feel less stress." I said and kissed his cheek. "Thank you..." I said.

     "You're welcome. Glad I could make my girl happy." He kissed my forehead and I ate my food fast since we have another meeting in 30 minutes. After I finished my food, I saw my assistant, Lea, went inside the tent and went near me. 

     "The meeting was moved and it will start in 5 minutes." Lea said in a hurried voice.

     "What?! But why??" 

     "Bud needs to go home, because he had a family emergency and he'll discuss to you and sir Adam on what to do." Lea said. 

     "Okay. Let's go." I said as I stand and back away from my seat. I kissed Robert's cheek and he gave me my cup of coffee. "I'll talk to you later, love." 

     "Okay.." He said and I walk out of the tent with Lea beside me. We went inside the boardroom and saw the head directors of every department. I sat on the chair and saw Lea sat behind me. I look at Scott beside me and I began to ask him. 

     "Why did Bud moved the meeting this early?" I asked him silently.

     "He's girlfriend was transferred to a hospital. I don't know why." 

     "So, who's going to direct this movie?" 

     "You and Adam, maybe because you guys work together like a magic." He said as he shrugged his shoulders. I got confused and I saw Bud and Adam went inside the boardroom. 

     "Alright! Sorry for the short notice, but thank you all for coming here." Bud said as he went in front of us. Then, Adam sat beside me and he looked at me with a smile on his face. I returned the smile and began to focus on Bud. 

     "So, all of you knows I have a family business to take care of. I'll only be gone for 2 days. But, I'll pass my job temporarily to Y/N and Adam. They work so perfectly and I trust them with directing it. But, don't you worry, they'll call me and still update me on what they'll about to do. After I fix my problem, I'll be going back here. Y/N told me that there are things that needs to be replaced, like scene 6. So, do that as possible." Bud pointed at me and I nodded my head. I began to write that note on my clipboard for me to know the repetition later at the scene. 

     "The rest of the directors will have to cooperate with Adam and Y/N." Bud said. They all said their agreement and I nod my head at Bud. "I shouldn't take your time from lunch. Have a good film everyone. I'll hear out from you very soon." Bud said and everyone began to go out of the boardroom. Adam went near me as I walk to the food tent to get a new batch of coffee. 

     "So, do we agree on replacing that scene on scene 6?" He asked as we entered the tent. 

     "Yeah. I feel like it's not fitting well with the whole idea of the movie." I said as I refill my cup with coffee. I saw him got a cup and fill it with coffee. I looked at the casts and saw Robert looking sternly at Adam. 

*ROBERT     

     "Oh! I know!" I heard that Adam boy said as he smilingly looked at MY girlfriend. I rolled my eyes and look at the two of them.

     "What?" Y/N asked. 

     "We could use the angle to slowly zoom on the character as he looks at the TV, then we could see the meaning of confusion and eagerness on his face." That boy needs to stop being all giddy up with my girlfriend. As I look up at my girlfriend, she raised her eyebrow and began to look at her notes from the clipboard. 

     "Yes!!" She shrieked and clapped her hands in excitement. God, I love to see her smile like that. Every time she smiles like that, I feel like my world is all butterflies and sparks of fireworks bursting out of my world. Just then, the two of them walk out of the tent and saw Adam put his hand on the back of my girl. I sat straight and sent death glares to that Adam boy. 

     "Woah... Calm down there, son. You don't want to mess with that..." Anthony said. 

     "You have to trust Y/N. She loves you and wouldn't do anything to break your relationship." Dad said. 

     "This is just the jealousy talking." Anthony added. But, I shrugged them off and I went out of the tent to follow Y/N and that Adam boy. They reached the set. I tried to hide and crossed my arms on my chest as I noticed how that boy is trying to come closer to her, but she tried her best to move away and distanced herself from how close he is from her. Just then, she glanced at my way. She look at me, but I walk away. I went to the car and sat on the front of the car. I sighed deeply and I look at the ground as I heard her running footsteps. 

     "Love..." She said. I didn't bugged on answering. "I didn't do anything. I swear..." She sat beside me and she held my hand in hers. I looked at her and she smiled softly at me. "I'm sorry..." 

     "It's not your fault. I've seen it with my two eyes." I said and she hugged me. I hugged her to me and pressed a kiss on her head. "I saw how he put his hand on your back and the way he was trying to push himself to you. You look at it with discomfort, so you backed away, yet he keeps pushing himself to you... It's not your fault... After what I saw at the tent, I followed you and saw how he's being pushy." 

     "You followed? Why?" She asked as she broke the hug. She stand in between my legs and she held my cheeks in her hands. "Are you jealous?" She asked as she smirked. I held her hands that's on my cheeks and shook my head. "Yeah, you are." She teased. 

     "Fine! I was jealous. I don't want other guys touching you, making you smile and pushing themselves to you. I want it to be me, only me..." I admitted. 

     "You're too cute." She bopped her finger on my nose and I pulled her to me by her waist. 

     "And I wouldn't want it any other way." She said and we both smile. I kissed her lips and I slowly broke it. "I love you so much Robert." 

     "And I love you too, Y/N, so much..." I peck her lips and she hugged me. After a couple of seconds, she broke the hug and look at me. 

     "Are you okay now?" She asked.

     "Yeah, are you?" 

     "Yeah. Much better, now that I talked to you. But, we need to go. We need to retake the house scene." She said as she grabbed my hand and pulled me with her. I put my hand on her waist and pulled her closer to me. As we walk, I saw that Adam boy looking at us. Then, I plant a kiss on Y/N's head and saw the jealousy on his eyes. HA! Now you know your place, boy.
