53~WITH THE FAMILY

~THE FOLLOWING DAY~

     I am currently on the bed, watching my kids talk with their new siblings. The twins are still on their own baby beds. Robert let the boys stand on the couch to let them see the twins. 

     "Mommy, am I that little when I was a baby?" Eli asked as he looked at me with his genuine smile. I smiled back at him and nodded my head.

     "Yes, you were. Even AJ when he was a little baby." I replied.

     "But now you're big boys, you'll help me and mommy take care of your baby twins, okay?" Robert asked and the two little boys nodded their head in excitement.

     "We will, daddy." They said together. 

     "Come on, kids. Let the twins rest for awhile." Robert said as he helped the boys go down. Then, the boys went to the other couch, to where their bags of toys were. They sat on the couch and play with their toys together and quietly. Robert just sighed and he walked near me. He sat on the bed and held my hand. 

     "How's your stitch?" He asked.

     "There's pain already. But, when I drink the pain killers, it's stopping." I said.

     "So, what time will you be drinking your medicine?" He asked.

     "In a couple of hours, I think." I said and he nodded his head. "Love, will it be okay if I take another sleep? I still feel tired." I said.

     "Yeah, sure. Take all the rest you want." He said. Then, he stood up, he fixed my pillow and the blanket for me to rest. Then, he went near me to give me a kiss in the forehead. He sat on the chair beside me and held my hand again. 

     "I love you.." He said.

     "I love you more." I replied and closed my eyes to rest. 

*ROBERT

~AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS~

~CHRISTMAS~

     It's the most wonderful time of the year. The twins' first Christmas and both families are willing to spend their holiday with us. Demi, Y/N, my mom and dad's new wife named Rose, are in the kitchen preparing our dinner. Y/N's sisters are watching over the kids on AJ and Eli's room. The guys and I are helping the girls by fixing the dining table. When the guys and I finished, we all took a bottle of beer and went to the living room's couch to catch up. While catching up, I saw Eli went near me. He sat on my lap and I put my beer bottle on top of my coaster on the table.

     "What's up bud?" I asked him.

     "Nothing. I'm just a little tired, daddy." He said as he lay his head on my left chest and I looked down at him. I wrapped my arms around him and began patting his leg as he snuggled closer to me.

     "You want to sleep in me and mommy's room?" I asked him. 

     "I want to stay with you daddy." He answered and I smiled sweetly at him. I kissed his head and lay my head on top of his as I pat him to sleep. 

     "Daddy?" He called me softly.

     "Yes bub?" 

     "What are you guys drinking?" He asked and I chuckled softly.

     "That's a big guys' drink. Kids aren't allowed for that." I said and he nodded his head.

     "Okay." He closed his eyes and I smiled at his curiosity. I continued conversing with the guys as they joked and talked about anything. I looked down at my arms and saw my son asleep. 

     "I'll bring Elijah in our room to rest first." I said and the guys nodded. 

     "Sure thing, son." Dad said and I lay Eli's head on my shoulder. I went to the kitchen and saw Y/N taking a rest on the kitchen counter. She saw me carrying Eli. She stand and went near us. She looked at her son and gave him a kiss on the cheek. 

     "He got tired from playing with his siblings and cousins?" She asked and I chuckled as I nodded my head at her. 

     "Yeah, and I'll let him rest in our room." I said. 

     "Yeah sure, stay with him first, okay?" She said and she leaned in to peck my lips.

     "I will." I said and I walked up the stairs and into me and Y/N's room. I gently lay him on the bed and I lay beside him. I felt him moved near me and he lay on my arm while cuddling near me. I chuckled softly at him and I gave him a kiss on the head. He sleeps like a clingy version of his mom. I pulled the blanket towards us and tried sleeping with him. 

~AFTER AN HOUR~

     "Love??" I heard Y/N's voice. I opened my eyes and saw her gently waking me up. I looked beside me and saw Eli still asleep, but his back is facing me. 

     "Hey.." I said softly.

     "Dinner's ready." I said and I nodded my head. Y/N moved to my other side and she gently wakes Eli.

     "Hey baby, wake up. It's time for dinner." Y/N said and I sat on the bed to faced Y/N and Eli. Eli slowly wakes up and began stretching. 

     "What happened?" Eli asked and Y/N chuckled. 

     "You fell asleep on daddy's arms, so daddy brought you in mommy and daddy's room so you could rest properly." Y/N said and Eli went near her for a cuddle. 

     "Playing is tiring." He said innocently and we laughed.

     "Yeah, so why don't we go down for dinner, so you and your siblings, along with your cousins can open your gifts from Santa." I said and that awoken Eli's mind. His eyes were wide and he started to ran downstairs while cheering Santa's name. Me and Y/N stood up while laughing at Eli. 

     "I can't believe that our first baby is growing up too fast." Y/N said and I hugged her to me, before we went out of the door. I kissed her head and I smiled.

     "I know. But, thank you for giving me this life with you." 

     "We both deserved it and I promise you that we'll cherish it until the end."

     "I'll be with you on this life and the next life." Y/N giggled and she kissed my cheek.

     "I love you so much." I told her and she looked at me and smiled big.

     "I love you more, Robert." She said and I leaned in to give her a passionate kiss. She softly broke the kiss and the both of us went down the dining room. We saw both families gathered. Me and Y/N sat beside each other. The twins are sleeping on the crib near us. All of us says our grace and we began eating the delicious foods.
