Nathan's aspects

Two days passed since Peter left to seek out Stryker and end this fight once and for all, Vega had been intent on searching for him and we did but to his demise as she was forced to see him getting shot by a couple of Stryker's men, her only attempt to save him was stopped after I quickly grabbed her and held her close to me, the soldier's had walked away from his now lifeless body or so they had thought but he fought for his life and Vega ran to his side as she cradled his head on her forearm while she held onto him, like a mother would hold onto her injured son.

Vega: Pete, please say something to me.

I watched as he coughed up blood before speaking to her softly.

Peter: you shouldn't be here...

Vega: of course I should be here, why did you leave?

Peter: to keep you and the others safe...

Vega: everyone is safe, professor Xavier come back for them and for us Pete. Please get up and come with us, he can save you.

Peter: I'm afraid it's to late for saving me Vega, but Nathan will protect you from now on.

Vega: I love you Peter, please don't leave me I need you.

Peter: I love you too Vega, please forgive me...

Vega: I forgive you but there is something I wanted to tell you before you leave.

Nathan: keep fighting Peter, help is almost here.

Vega: I need you more than ever, I'm pregnant Peter with our child.

Peter: take care of my family Nathan...

I watched as his hand slipped out of Vega's grasp indicating that he was gone, I bent down and pulled Vega close to me while she cried on my chest,  I knew the heartache she was feeling and I wasn't about to force her to stop crying after she watched her lover die in front of her, I seen Rogue and professor Xavier heading towards us amd seeing Peter covered in his own blood after being shot multiple times in his chest. Rogue carefully helped Vega walk away from the sight while the professor was saddened by seeing his lifeless body laying in a heap of blood and snow that surrounded the place.

Xavier: come my boy, let's get out of here. Enough innocent blood has been spilled today.

Nathan: what's going to happen with the others now that Stryker has them in his control?

Xavier: they will be freed again but as for right now, us being here isn't the best idea. Let's go home.
