Chapter 5

We stopped at the ferry platform and my fingers were entwined with Caspar's as we stepped off the giant boat.

"So am I allowed to guess where we're going now? I think I know where you're taking me." I said, smiling up at him.

"Sure babe, go ahead." he said looking at me.

Everything just froze in time. He just called me babe. Like sure, guys have called me babe before, but no boy had ever had this effect on me.

"Are you alright? What happened?" Caspar asked with a worried tone in his voice.

"I'm fine. But you just called me babe..." I said, still shocked.

"I can stop if you need! I don't want to upset you. Did I?"

"No. No its perfect. You're perfect. Nobody has ever had this effect on me before." I stared into his eyes.

"I love you Charlie Keira Rose Sugg." He whispered softly as we stood gazing into each others eyes.

God damn these butterflies. Are they partying or something. For fucks sake, he just told me he loves me!

"Caspar Richard George Lee, I love you." I said.

I'll never say too, because that just sounds like I'm agreeing and that I never choose to say it first.

He moved in and our lips connected, making those butterflies have even more of a party. I could feel one of his hands on my hip and the other was cupping the side of my face.

Even his touch gave me shivers. This is something I would never get used to. And I didn't want to. I didn't want to be bored of Caspar's touch. He sent shivers down my spine every time our skin came in contact. It was just something about him.

"Maybe we should get going, huh? He whispered as our lips parted.

His hands moved off my hip and face but he instantly took my hand, as if he was afraid I would run away.

We started walking up a wide road.

"So, would I be right in guessing that we're going to Luna Park by any chance?" I giggled.

"I suppose that would be quite right." He replied.

"Aww Caspar! You really know the way to a girls heart don't you!" I said, beaming.

Luna Park had a very special place in my heart. I went only once when I was younger, 13 years old. My older cousin, Loren took me. She was my closest cousin and I told her everything. She knew the what, when and where for the time I got my first period. She was like an older sister to me. She had skin cancer and unfortunately she died in 2011. I was 15. I was broken for months.

But then I met Caspar through Zoe and Joe. He made me happy again. He still is. He's kept me going since Loren passed away.

"I want you to be happy. And nothing but happy. I'll be with you until the end." He said.

"Holy shit, you are so adorable. Its a bloody over load."

He just giggled.

"Oh. Did I say that out loud? Oh wow." I said laughing along with him.

"Well we're walking pretty slow, maybe we should speed up a bit so we have more time in the day for silliness?" he suggested to me.

"Of course! I want this to be a day I'll never forget!" I said as I started walking faster up the road. I ended up pulling along Caspar!

"Woah woah, slow down cowboy!" Caspar said, cheekily.

We both laughed and found ourselves at the big face which signifies the entrance to Luna Park.

"Let's vlog this." Caspar said, pulling out his camera. He held it up in front of our faces.

"So today I'm here at Luna Park with the beautiful Charlie Sugg!" He exclaimed into the camera.

"Hey!!" I waved at the camera.

"I will be updating throughout the day, but in the mean time - LETS GO!!" As he said "let's go" he pointed the camera at the massive face and then shut off the camera. We ran inside and bought unlimited ride bands.

We put them around our wrist and adjusted them so that our barcode was on the inside of our wrist so it was easier to scan them.

"Where to first? You have to remember that I've only seen this place on TV. So tell me the best rides." Caspar said.

"Well I love the Ranger. The wild mouse is fast but really jolty.. Its still mad fun, but what kind of ride do you want?" I asked.

"Well I won't get sick, so pretty much anything." he told me.

"Ranger it is. Its one of my favourites." I explained. I took his hand and pulled him forward. We went down stairs into a small tunnel like area, where some of the lockers were located. We walked out and up a few stairs and there it was. The boat-like shaped ride that spins upside down.

"Caspar are you sure you're up for this? Its pretty shocking on your first time."

"I'm ready. I want to have the best experience I possibly can." He answered.

We scanned our bands and took our seats and got sealed in.

"Caspar push your tummy out when he pushes the seal down, if you don't you'll regret it. " I instructed him.

"Okay guys I'm putting down the seals so push your stomachs out so that you don't suffocate and then it'll be enjoyable." The ride monitor said.

"Push out your tummy now Caspar!" I yelled.

He did as I said and I pushed out my tummy too. I could feel the pressure on my abdomen as the ride shut us in.

When the instructor told us, we relaxed our tummies and he began the ride. It only started slowly, rocking backward and forward. I was holding Caspar's hand tightly, because even though I loved this ride, it was thrilling and scary too.

"This isn't that scary." Caspar said.

Then it started swinging quicker. Soon enough we were spinning upside down. All I could hear was Caspar screaming next to me. Then, we were stuck in the air. Upside down. This was both my favourite and least favourite part of the ride. I felt like I was constantly going to fall out.

"Charlie! What the fuck! Why did you take me on this??! Are you trying to kill me!? Oh god!!!! I'm going to die!" Caspar screamed, clutching my hand for dear life.

Then the ride swooped down and I heard a breath of relief come form Caspar. Then it happened again. We were in the air. Just hanging up there. But we were basically in a cage. So it was all good.

Finally the ride came to an end.

Caspar and I slid out of the seats and started walking away.

"What the hell! Why would you threaten my life like that?!" Caspar asked frantically.

All I could do was laugh. He was a special guy. And he was mine.

"Come on. Do you want to go on the big slide in coney island? It seems more scary than it is." I asked, grabbing his hand.

"I guess so." He said with a smile.
