Heyooo lovely people! I'm almost up to 1.3K! The reads are going up so quick! Which means that this fan fic is getting more popular. :)

*Joe's P.O.V.*

"Kayla! Please!" I yell, stretching my arm out in a desperate attempt to grab her arm.
"No Joe! I'm leaving! I don't care. I'm obviously not wanted here, I'll go live alone or something! I'm not staying. Bye Joe.." She trails off, looking back at me, then continuing to walk away.
No. She can't leave. I think I really like her. I can't let her leave, I need to find out more about her. I feel like we could be together for a long, long time. I haven't had a proper relationship in a while.
"Please Kayla...." I say, in my last attempt to make her stay.

She stops walking and sighs.
"Why Joe...?"

"Because... Because I like you." I let out.
"What?" She says, immediately making me regret telling her.
"Its true. I really think I have feelings for you."

She looks me in the eye, and I can see genuine fear in her facial features.
"Joe.... I've had really, really bad experiences with guys. Not their fault.. I'm terrible in a relationship. I don't want to break your heart Joe. Please just let me leave." She begs me.
"I don't want you to leave. What if I could change you?" I say.
"No Joe. You can't. You don't know what's happened before. If you found that out, you would never want to talk to me again." Kayla replies with a sad tone.
"I wouldn't ever stop wanting to talk to you..." I say. My anger and frustration is starting to boil up with her stubborn nature.
"No. Joe. I need to go. I have my bags packed. I'm leaving." She mumbles.
"Where will you go!?" I ask, sounding more harsh than I meant to.
"Anywhere but here. Joe, stop worrying about me. I'm an adult. I can do this stuff myself. I can go where I want. I can live alone. I can do whatever I want! So this is goodbye, Joe." She blurts out, coming closer to me. I'm shocked when she pulls me into a hug.
"Bye Joe. I'm sorry I have to leave, but that's the way it is. I can't be with you. I'm sorry. I really like you, but I couldn't hurt you anymore than I have done by doing this. I'm sorry. Bye." She says, pulling away from the hug and then continuing to walk down the street.

*Charlie's P.O.V.*

As we step into the house, there's no sound whatsoever.
"We're home!" Caspar calls out.

Nothing.

"Hellooooo?" I shout into the house. It doesn't just look and sound empty, it feels empty.
"Should we look in all the rooms Casp?" I ask him.
"Yeah, I'll take upstairs, you stay down here." He says.
I nod, and walk off to Joe's room as Caspar goes upstairs to check those rooms.
Joe's door is shut, so I knock.
"Joe? You in here?" I say, slowly opening the door.
I open the door fully and walk in, I look all around the room and its empty. Next, his ensuite.
I open the door and he isn't in there either.
I leave his room and look all around the lounge area and kitchen. Nothing. I hear Caspar walk down the stairs.
"Anything down here?" He asks.
"Nah, anything up there?" I reply.
"Nope. The room Kayla was using is pretty much empty though, I checked the wardrobe and there's nothing. No phone charger, no makeup or anything on the dresser. Nothing." Caspar says.
"What?" I ask.
"Her room was completely empty." Caspar repeats.
Before he's finished his sentence, I'm already bounding up the stairs.
I crash through the doorway to find an empty, silent room.
"She's left. Well what the fuck. She didn't even tell me anything. Doubt she told Zo either..." I say.
