"I'm happy with my little family."

4 MONTHS LATER (4 months after the time skip at the end of 'We Built This Glee Club - Kara is now about a week away from being 9 months along oop-)
After going on maternity leave about 2 months ago, I hadn't really seen anyone besides Blaine, Sam, Kitty, Lauren, Ethan and their kids, so the New Directions going to Nationals was a good excuse to see everyone. We walked into the dressing room where the New Directions got ready and found Rachel and Mr. Schue there.
"Hi, guys." I said, smiling brightly as Blaine and I walked in. They both muttered quick 'hi's, obviously nervous before turning around to look at us. Rachel's face broke out into a smile and she walked over to us.
"I haven't seen you since Regionals, you look great. Can I?" She asked, gesturing to my stomach. I nodded enthusiastically and she placed her hands on my stomach. "Hi, it's your Aunt Rachel, do me a favour and don' hurt your mom to much on the way out?" She said, making me chuckle.
"When are you due?" Mr. Schue asked as he struggled to do up his bowtie.
"Um, about a week." Blaine answered for me and I nodded in agreement.
"Not long, are you excited?"
"Unbelievably so, it'll be nice not having to pee every 10 minutes." I said jokingly.
"Emma was the same, so relieved when Danny was born." Mr. Schue said chuckling. "Rachel, can you help me with this bowtie?" Rachel helped him out, straightening the bowtie as I took Blaine's hand in mine and rested my head against his shoulder.
"It's time." Kurt said, coming into the room with a quick wave over at me and Blaine. Mr. Schue sighed and grabbed his suit jacket, slinging it over his shoulders.
"Can't remember the last time I was this nervous." Mr. Schue said anxiously.
"Oh, well, you don't look nervous at all. You look great. Are you ready?" Rachel asked.
"Yeah." Mr. Schue said confidently before we made our way out of the room.
"How's things with Elliott? Did you get back together when you went back to New York?" I asked Kurt as I practically waddled along to the stage.
"We did, um, we actually moved in together last month." Kurt said with a soft smile.
"Oh! I'm so happy for you, you tell that boy that if he hurts you he has to face my wrath." I said sternly.
"Hell hath no fury like a pregnant woman scorned." Blaine said, making Kurt and I chuckle.
We walked into the wings of the stage, ushering Mr. Schue forward to join the New Directions on the stage. Kitty looked over into the wings as we urged Mr. Schue forward and waved excitedly at me. I waved back, blowing her a kiss and doing a thumbs up as a way to wish her good luck. Mr. Schue finally went up and joined the New Directions as we whispered our wishes of good luck. I gripped Blaine's hand tightly, anxious for the results as the announcer started to speak
"20, count 'em, 20 of this nation's best high school show choirs have poured out their talent all over this stage. And now we're down to the best of the best. From Greenville, South Carolina, the Harmony Busters. From Lima, Ohio, the New Directions! And from Portland, Oregon, the Soprano-gasms. Only one of these amazing teams can claim the title of the best high school show choir in America. In third place, it's the Harmony Busters. And now, the first place winner of the 2015 high school show choir nationals championship is the New Directions!" The announcer declared and the New Directions broke out into cheers on the stage.
