"Go get 'em Fred Astaire."

I met Blaine outside of NYADA after getting coffee with Ella after classes, and I felt like shouting at him. But like, shouting excitedly, you know? He had failed to mention something to me and I couldn't believe him. I spotted him, standing next to entrance to NYADA like we had agreed upon and I ran up to him, leaping onto his back.

"Whoever you are, get off. I have a fiancee." He snapped, stumbling slightly from the force of my jump.

"Well, good, because it's me." I said into his ear before jumping off his back. He smiled, turning around to face me and wrapped his arms around my waist, pressing a gentle kiss to my lips. I kissed back but then slapped his chest playfully when I pulled away.

"What was that for?" He complained, rubbing the spot where I had hit him, pretending it hurt.

"I can't believe you didn't tell me." I said, frowning deeply.

"Didn't tell you what?" He said, tilting his head in confusion.

"That June Dolloway was coming to NYADA. I had to hear it from Ella. Ella, my friend and not Blaine, my fiance." I said, still frowning but putting my arms around his neck. "Ella told me they're renaming the dance studio after her, and that a select group of students had been asked to perform at the ribbon cutting."

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you but to be completely honest, I have no idea she is. I'm not familiar with all of the old Broadway stars we're supposed to worship, can you tell me who she is?" He asked, smiling softly with his eyebrows furrowed.

"June Dolloway isn't actress! She's just, like, the coolest socialite in the world. She's the widow of Lester Dolloway, the mineral baron. Her picture's been taken by Helmut Newton. And she took peyote with Joe Kennedy... allegedly." I explained excitedly.

"Impressive." Blaine said nodding his head.

"Yeah, and she's pretty much the patron behind every artistic endeavour in Manhattan. We have got to make sure you're picked as one of the performers!" I said enthusiastically.

"Well, uh, I already was." He said slightly sheepishly.

"Oh, my God! That's amazing, Blaine! Why didn't you tell me?" I asked, hitting his chest lightly again.

"I didn't think it was that big of a deal, but now apparently it is." He said with a soft chuckle.

"What were you think of singing?" I asked as we pulled away from each other and intertwined our fingers as we started to walk to the Subway.

"I really want to do 'Story of My Life' from One Direction." He said, giving my hand a soft squeeze.

"That's a good song, but that's sung by five different people. How are you gonna sing all those layers as just one person?" I asked curiously.

"Huh, I didn't think of that." Blaine said before going silent, thinking. "Hey, how about you sing with me? I think I have enough pull to convince NYADA to let NYU's finest sing with me, especially since it means so much to you. I'm sure once they see that video I took of you singing 'Not Alone' last year they'll agree." I stopped walking, as did Blaine and stood there silently, staring at Blaine with wide eyes. "Do - do you not want to?"

"No! I mean, yes! Yes, I want to." I said, before launching myself forward and pulling him into the tightest hug. "Thank you, so, so, much. You'd really do that for me?"

"Of course! Come on, we're a team. We're getting married. If something exciting happens to one of us, it happens to the other one, too." Blaine said as he pulled back from the hug slightly.
