"I really am the luckiest."

Moving back to Ohio was not something I expected to be doing after a year and half in New York. But, Blaine had gotten a job as the coach of the Dalton Academy Warblers, and what sort of wife would I be if I didn't go and support him? Blaine talked to the Principal at Dalton and even managed to get them to give me a job as the Assistant coach so I spoke to the Dean at NYU and he said that my time at Dalton would give me the college credits I needed for my sophomore year at NYU. Blaine's job was only for a year anyway, as he was just filling in for the Warblers' actual coach whilst he was in recovery from some sort of accident. NYADA made the same deal with Blaine, that NYU made with me so, for the entire school year - Blaine and I were in Ohio.

Another thing I didn't expect was that Rachel would move back to Ohio as well - her television show flopped terribly, so she was pretty much forced to move back here. Somehow, she knew that Blaine and I were back and she practically demanded to meet us for coffee at the Lima Bean. We agreed and left our house (a house in Lima was the same cost as a absolutely tiny apartment in New York, and with the help of my sister we were able to buy a house), meeting Rachel at the coffee shop. As we waited in line to get our drinks, one of the baristas - who happened to be Principal Figgins - spotted Rachel, and recognised her, much to Rachel's dismay.

"Oh, my God, It's William McKinley's own Rachel Berry!" Figgins shouted out, causing Rachel to panic. Blaine and I tried to calm her down, but it didn't work.

"Oh, no, my god. No, please. No. Shh." She said worriedly.

"You can't hide from me. I work here now, since Sue cut my janitor's wages. Oh, this soy latte's on me, Rachel Berry." Figgins said, speaking unnecessarily loudly.

"Thank you so much. May I please have my card back?" Rachel said quickly, desperately wanting to get out of this situation. Blaine and I shared a worried look as we watched the situation unfold.

"No matter how bad things have been for me, But your humiliation makes me see That things can always get worse." Figgins said as he passed her, her drink and handed back her card. Blaine and I quickly ushered Rachel away from Figgins to a table nearby.

"Great. Well, might as well just take all this off now." Rachel said bitterly as she took off her hat and sunglasses and smoothed out her hair.

"What was that?" Blaine asked confusedly.

"You know, It's just the story of my life. All I've ever wanted is to come home And have everyone know my name, And now they do, but only because I was involved in the worst television show in history." She ranted miserably.

"No one's hear from you in months. You didn't even call to tell us you weren't coming to the wedding." I pointed out with a subtle frown.

"I know, I'm so sorry, how was it?" She asked, propping her head up in her hands.

"It was great, everyone was there. My brother, Kara's sister and her family, my mom, Quinn, Kurt, Santana, Mr. Schue, everyone made it." Blaine said, smiling softly.

"What about your parents? Did they show up?" Rachel asked. I sighed quietly and shook my head, fiddling with the engagement ring that hung on a chain around my neck. Everyday, I wore two necklaces, the one Blaine got me for Christmas almost three years ago, and a long silver chain that hung low on my chest with my engagement ring on it. Where my engagement ring previously was, there was a simple silver band that matched Blaine's on his left hand.

"No, they, uh, they couldn't make it. Last minute business trip in Connecticut or something." I said sadly. Blaine took my head, intertwining our fingers and squeezing it comfortingly. "Anyway, why did you go MIA?"
