Chapter 20

Reader POV

We left the barn and headed for the rooftop. "What happened in there?" Jean asked. "What you mean the molesting?" I replied. "Yeah... had that ever happened before?" He asked again. "Once but I'm over it." He answered then I saw Mikasa.

"Mikasa, what did we miss?" I asked her. "Nothing much but the captain has a message for us." we all looked over at her. "We won't just be fighting Titans anymore but humans as well." She told us.

"Let's go then." I answered quickly looking around. I flung myself up to a higher roof then looked around. "WAIT!" Armin called. I turned my head and looked around. "Are you not worried about the whole killing part?" Armin asked.

"You gotta do what you gotta do. In other words kill or be killed." I flung myself away and left them. "Please don't be dead Levi." I whispered under my breath. I saw Levi not long later.

He was killing all around. While he was taking one of them down another came from behind him. I came up behind them. And slashed their throat. "Are you alright?" I asked him keeping up with the fight. "Yeah how about you." He answered. "Just fine as you can tell," I shouted at him.

One person was attack Armin and Jean on the cart so I came in quickly. I pulled out a blade and blocked one shot. I went up to them and kicked their legs. Then I chopped their hands and kicked them of the cart. "Y-y/n." Jean whispered.

I continued to block any shots at Armin and Jean. They ended up getting away but no one was injured at least. We came back to the same barn from earlier. I didn't eat anything in that barn. The man from earlier was still tied up and I didn't feel comfortable. "Aren't you gonna eat?" Levi asked. "N-not in here.." I whispered.

I went out and took Sasha place on look out. I brought a piece of bread. I ate the bread outside the barn and waited for farther instruction.

We moved out with the man from earlier. I kept my distance from him. We took out 2 of the military police. We brought them down for questioning. I watched from the side, Levi was horrible at torturing. He don't even ask any questions.

"Levi! Hange! I have an idea." I called to them. They came out of the room and locked the door. "The best way to make him talk is to make him give up." I continued to tell him my plan and they agreed.

I walked into his room with a wet cloth. "Hello my name is Y/n and I was here earlier and I'm just gonna clear up the blood ok?" I told him calmly. He slowly nodded his head so I walked up to him.

I cleaned his head and then Levi and Hange started their part. I was just cleaning his fingers when he started to gasp. I didn't look up at him but I knew he would talk. Once Hange and Levi had finished talking I finished his hand. "Well good-bye now!" I smiled at him.

Levi and Hnage walked past me and I smiled at them nodding my head. Levi nodded in return as did Hange.

I walked up to the rest of the squad. "Hey!" I smiled putting away the cloth. "What happened down there?" Armin asked wallowing in self pity. "Oh I just made a plan that wouldn't make anyone feel in pain and I hope it worked." I smiled happily. "Huh?" Jean asked. "Nevermind!" I smiled.
