Chapter 11(season 2)

Reader POV

I stood beside Armin and Mikasa watching Eren. He had just started to get back in the swing of things. "I gotta go guys I am meant to go talk to Levi now," I yelled back to them while I was walking away.

"TITANS, IN WALL ROSE!" A man shouted. He was on horseback coming towards us at full speed. "Wow wow calm down, I'll take your horse go tell Erwin." I shouted at him grabbing his horse. "Thank you," he yelled back. "NO TIME FOR TALKING HURRY UP!" I shouted at him. He nodded and ran towards Erwin. I looked around and put the horse away.

I ran up to my ODM gear and started to prepare to head out. I came across Levi while doing it "What are you doing?" He asked in an angry voice. "I'm going to head out as soon as I can. Most of them don't have ODM gear, I don't care what you say." I said while putting my ODM gear on.

"Fine. But don't die on me," he said sounding a bit worried. "Alright, goodbye." I walked off.

  I rode out as fast as I could. Towards the whereabouts of my comrades. I rode for a while but then I heard someone calling me. I turned around and it was Jean. "W-what, what are you doing here?" I asked him. "Levi said you were heading out," he shouted trying to catch up with me. I slowed down to let him catch up. "You shouldn't have come," I yelled to him. "Well I'm here am I not?" He said to me.

We continued to ride towards the whereabouts of our friends.

I told him what I had been thinking about earlier. "There has to be more then one mole don't to you think," I told him. "Yeah but who could it be?" He answered. I looked over at him. "It-it has to be a cadet that we trained with," I told him.

  "What makes you say that." He told me. "If Annie worked with them, that must mean there around her age." I told him.

"Yeah but Annie never socialised," he answered again.

We talked about it for a while but then we came across it. The ruined castle where they were meant to be staying. It was still around noon so Titans were still lurking around. "Alright let's head this way," I pointed to the left side of the castle. We rode in that direction and then turned to head straight again. "Let's hope no ones hurt," I whispered. "Yeah," he replied.

  We found ourselves at a ruined town. The town was ruined but no one was here. No body's at all not blood either. "Everyone must have gotten out." He said to me. "Wait," I put my hand on his shoulder. "Why is the town ruined if no one was here, Titans only eat humans not anything else." I whispered to him.  "Yes but.... actually why?" He replied.

We looked at each other. "It's best to move on now before we become Titan Chow," he told me. "Yeah, let's go," I muttered.

We rode back to the castle still no one was there. "Let's head back to Erwin and Levi they're probably close by, it's almost nightfall," I told him. He put a flame on a piece of wood and we rode back the way we came.
