Chapter 30

Reader POV

When I woke up again most of the people had gone. Jean was the one holding my hand. I looked around and saw Sasha and Connie. Sasha didn't look to good but I didn't move. I moved my head back a bit so I was on Jean's chest.

I went back over the conversation I had in my head. "Don't go?" What did that mean? "Why did you do that?" Was what the voice said what did I do? "You shouldn't have done that." Done what? Was it a bad thing?

Armin was beside Sasha in a bed. He was asleep I think. One more person was here he was looking around a bit. I had seen him once before. At dinner, fighting with Jean. I don't know his name but no point in asking him now. The basement, that's where they must have gone.

I really needed to sneeze for some reason so I did. It woke up Jean who I was leaning against making me fall over. He caught my head just before it hit the floor.

Jean got me some water and started telling me everything that happened. "S-so Erwin is..." I whispered. "Yes I'm sorry, but Levi wanted me to give you this." He handed me a cloak. "It was Erwins." He whispered. I knew it was it was coloured a bit more blue than the others. I smiled and held it close. Then I realised something was already on my back. It was Jeans cloak he must have been worried.

I looked up at him. "Thanks you... I'm sorry." I whispered, I felt like crying.

"Sorry for what?," he put his hand on my chin lifting it up. "As long as your safe I don't care." He put his forehead against mine.

"Jean I haven't told you everything.." I stuttered. He widened his eyes and looked down at me. "W-what?" He answered. Levi wouldn't want me to tell. I mean what if I was... "It-its nothing." I shrugged it off leaning back into Jeans chest.

I wasn't sure if he could hear me but it was definitely muffled. I talked to him mostly apologising. Then I heard Sasha and Connie talking a bit. When I backed away a bit I noticed a few figures coming towards us. I tried to stand up but I wobbled until I was about to fall over. Jean put his hand on my back holding me up straight. It was
Levi, Eren, Mikasa and Hange.

We rode back to the safety of the walls. Levi told us what they found while Hange occasionally blurted something out. It was an interesting story and sometimes I felt like I related to it. I felt like I was the same...

Ok so hope you enjoyed this chapter I am trying to put a bit more effort in this one but I'm kinda not really motivated. Hopefully when I start my next fan fic it will be better. -Author. <3
