Chapter 24

Reader POV

Everyone had left and now it was just the survey corps. I looked around the room. A lot has changed since the beginning. One of us was dead, Marco. The two that were Titans ran away, Reiner and Bertholdt. Another locked away, Annie. One of us a Titan, Eren. Another the Queen, Historia. One of them was taken away, Ymir. And the rest of us are all scared, worried but weirdly happy.

"I'm the Queen so you have to do whatever I say," Historia told us really taking on her roll as Queen. All us started laughing. "Of course your highness would you like me to rub your feet as well?" I asked her bowing my head. She laughed and we all talked. We ended up all sitting down together and talking about some different things wether it was 'the sea' or Historia hitting Levi it was fun.

Time skip.

We were all staying at an orphanage helping out any of the children there. I usually stayed near Mikasa or Jean. I had been talking a lot more with Mikasa, Jean well you know we are still very close.

Historia was probably the best childsitter ever. She knew how to keep a stern hand but also being very kind to them. I helped her a lot, I loved children. But they can be very annoying sometimes. I walked in with Mikasa talking to her about her love for Eren. She was always doing something for him. I don't know how she dealt with him, he was always yelling and being rude to her.

Time skip number 2 cuz I am lazy.

I sat beside Jean at dinner that night. He talked to a boy behind us, Floch I think it was. They told him about the changes and they were scary even though I was sitting in between them.

Eren always did something to take the life out of the room, this time. "For a while I was one of thos-" he tried to speak. I banged on his head. "Shut up would ya," I told him finishing my food. Beside me Jean let out a laugh. "Just eat would you," I started to tell him but of course he thought of something. "Commander Sadies!" He yelled standing up.

I ran of to prepare the horses of course. We headed out later that day. We sat inside the room, where we would find out the truth. I sat down beside Jean. I left my hands on my legs and keeping my head down. I listened as he said that Eren's father was found outside the walls.

  I lifted my head a bit as he said that. I didn't think anyone noticed but Hange did. She looked at me and nodded her hand slowly. I let my head droop again and listened to the rest of the story.

Yes it's another time skip. Just leave me alone. :) thanks.

I watched as Hange started to raise her voice I pushed back against the chair a bit. I hated yelling, it hurt my ears. I put my hand on the side of my chair and felt another on top of mine. I looked to the side it was Jean. He noticed that I was a bit worried and tried to calm me. I smiled at him and everyone got up to leave. After everyone left I smiled at the commander and thanked him. No one else had thanked him even though he had just helped us a lot. Rude much but that's the way they are I guess.
