Chapter 3

Reader POV

I was sitting talking beside Jean and Reiner when we heard it. Some cannons went off and we saw some smoke. We immediately used our ODM gear to get up the wall. All we could see was a load of smoke and some sort of Titan form. The next minute Armin had rushed out and was talking to them. I couldn't hear much of what they were saying because they were very far away from us. I slipped down from the wall and went back towards one of the stalls for some water.

We gathered up close to the wall. Some people called out about how this wasn't something they wanted. They were all calling out different opinions. "Anybody who wants to leave will not be charged." The commander said. I was standing behind Jean when everyone started to clamber around us. I was getting pushed around and I was about to fall over when Jean grabbed my hand. He pulled me forward a bit. I was still getting pushed but now it was only shoulder shoving. I held onto his coat and waited for everyone to leave. When everyone left I said thank you.

The plan that Pixis came up with was to use Eden in his titan form to pick up a bolder to stuff up the wall with.

Simple plan, right?

I was asked to be on the squad to protect Eren. Mikasa and Eren were fighting on the way while fighting. We were almost in view of the bolder there were no Titans in sight right now but we'll see when we're near the hole in the wall. We arrived at the place and there were no Titans around. One of my comrades set of the green smoke shot. Eren transformed and we watched from one of the houses. I flung myself towards the hole in the wall to make sure that I could take any Titans down before Eren arrived. There was a 10meter Titan coming out. I shot it down then went back to a house. There was two 5 meter Titans coming out. I waited for them to come towards my house then I slashed there napes. Where was Eren? Did he mess up? Was something wrong? I know I had seen some red smoke but no one had come to get me and Erens Titan was still beside the bolder. I continued to get rid of the Titans coming in the hole. At this rate I wouldn't have enough gas. Finally I saw the bolder Eren was carrying it. I turned around and saw three more Titans coming. I got one down then another but the third one grabbed my leg. I sliced off one of its fingers. My leg really hurt it was a sharp pain at my ankle but I took the Titan down in the end. Eren was finally on the bridge to right behind me. He was plugging the hole in the wall. It was amazing it fit. My leg felt like it was going to fall off but I wasn't crying through pain. It was pure joy. Two Titans came behind us while we were getting Eren out of the Titan. I took down one of them but the other one was taken down by a man in a hood. It was Levi, wait Levi? I looked over at him. "What is going on here?" He asked.

The next day I was out with Jean looking at the body's and naming them. Jean walked off and when I found him next to a body. "M-Mar-Marco?" I said through tears. I looked down at his body. I cried, "How did he-how did he go out?" I asked Jean. He didn't answer. After having a closer look I noticed something weird about the body.
