Li Jun's pov

I handed her the dress and she took it without question. She said she needed to take a shower and I didn't argue. I thought she looked fine with her hair up just like it is, but I won't stop her if she wanted to fix herself up more.

I backed in to her bed, lowering myself in it. The bed made a groan of protest but I have nowhere else to sit. This is my first time in her room and I soon discovered she doesn't like to decorate. Lin have nothing in here, except all the personal items she needed.

Everything in this bedroom is just as the interior decorator left it.

But then again, Lin probably left it this way.

Maybe, this room never felt like a home and she didn't think she needed to settle in.

I need to change that. I need to make her feel at home.

I took a look around while waiting for her to finish, the sound of water cascading in the bathroom sounded soothing. My mind started wondering off picturing her naked under the rain of water, fingers running through the curves of her body, touching the most sensitive part of her. Before long, I stood up to take a breather.

I can't be thinking of her like that. At least not yet.

I need to relax, getting up to stretch my legs. I'm getting too restless.

I walked over to her dresser finding the box of pearl earrings there. I picked it up taking another look. Maybe, I could get her to wear them today.

Soon, I heard the water stop and I turned back around to take my place on the edge of the bed.

Lin's pov

When I walked out of the shower, I didn't expect Mr. Lim to be here, but to my surprise, he's still in my room, sitting on my bed, his eyes pressed on me, frozen like a dear stuck on headlights.

Please stop staring.

He swallowed a nervous spit, the shade of his face bloomed scarlet. And even when he tried to contain himself, he failed. He sprung up from my bed franticly, dropping the pair of earrings from his hands.

"Shit!" He hissed.

"Mr. Lim!"

I staggered back into the shower just as surprised as every beat as he was. I hurried and hid behind the door. My fingers holding on to my towel for dear life afraid they might fall.

"I didn't know you'd still be here!"

I honestly thought he would have left. What the hell is he still doing here?

"Lin! I'm sorry!" He staggered around the room, his feet shuffling everywhere, didn't know where to go or what to do. For a hardened dangerous man, he can be quite hysterical. It took a good few seconds before he remembered where the door is located, ushering himself out of my bedroom flustered with embarrassment.

"Why does this keeps happening!" He groaned beyond himself. Hands thrown behind this head in defeat. "I swear to God, I'm not doing this on purpose."

I believe him because I'm beyond frustrated myself. We can't be walking on each other almost naked constantly.

Note: it was totally writer's fault. I'm the one to blame.
