Li Jun tightened the holster on his shoulder and his chest, sliding his Walter P99 semi-automatic pistol, his favorite gun. He slid into his tailored jacket next, buttoning it all the way up and tugged on the jacket once he's done. He checked himself on a mirror for good measure before turning the to heel leave his bedroom.

It's 08:30 in the morning, his usual schedule.

Li Wei greeted him as soon as he spilled out of the door. "Good morning boss."

He has the car all ready, with the engine warming and the back seat door open.

Today, Li Jun asked for his black limousine. He wanted to keep it plain and simple.

"Take me to the clothing factory." He muttered.

The clothing factory is one of Li Jun's many businesses he uses to mask his money from government's suspicion. He launders his own money from places to places without government's notice. Millions upon millions.

"You got it boss!" Quipped Li Wei right away watching Li Jun from the rear-view mirror. He put the car into drive and rolled out of the driveway.

They were driving through the highway when a sudden thump on the car's tinted window startled Li Jun. Li Wei heard it too. They both looked back and saw scratches on the bulletproof window. Someone had just taken a shot of Li Jun on the back seat.

In a moving car no less.

Li Wei pressed his foot on the gas, and sped up, maneuvering through the traffic expertly. Li Wei was a professional stunt driver in the movies before getting hired as Li Jun's personal chauffeur. He is an adrenalin junkie, he had always wanted a dangerous job, living a dangerous life and accepting Li Jun's job offer was the perfect opportunity.

"Hold on, boss! Imma try to lose them."

He swerved into the underpass under the bridges to camouflage the car. He knows a building not too far from where they at.

It's a parking garage. He can park there and take Li Jun to safety, stealing someone else's car.

There was another thump, another shot was taken. Li Jun quickly bend over and hide from plain view.

Who could have sent an assassin after him?

Li Wei swerved the car hitting the rails, sparks flew all over the road damaging the limousine's body.

"Sorry, boss!" He apologized, he knew how expensive the repair can be.

"Forget it. Just get us out of here." Rasped Li Jun from the back seat.

He peeked over the window and saw a tail behind them. It's a 2010 Yukon, there's a driver and an armed man on the back seat with his riffle. He wore a baseball hat and sunglasses, making it hard for Li Jun to recognize him.

The gunman took another aim and squeezed the trigger. It lodged halfway inside the bulletproof window. Li Jun stared wide eyed at the bullet. It was a different bullet this time, the gunman has switched guns. A far deadlier one. It didn't shatter the window but it was enough to cause damage to make sure the next bullet is going to hit the mark.
