"I'll pass." Lin turned around and shut the door on him again.

Shin's mouth hanged open. Did she just slam the door on him again? He exhaled in disbelief. He came here to make her feel better, but she just turned this thing to a challenge. No girl ever refuses him, not even an ex-girlfriend.

He banged on her door.

Lin yanked the door open. "What?"

"It's BTS!" No one ever turns down BTS. It's the perfect bait.

"So?" She shrugged.

"Well, you either stay here and sulk or you can go out with me."

"No."

"Aw, common." He pouted. "It'll be fun. I'm sure there are people outside the gates playing music. I promised you'll have a good time."

She gave it a thought. "I don't want to upset anybody." And tried to close the door again.

Shin wedged his foot on the door, good thing he's wearing a thick insulated sneaker, or it would have hurt.

"Look, I'm not trying to hit on you or anything. The old man dumped you. He hurt your feelings first so don't worry about him getting upset. He can't get mad at you if you two are not together."

A pause.

"So, what do you think?" He continued gazing at her with huge begging eyes.

Her hardened face softened. This feels dangerous.

"Fine, I'll go."

Lin didn't think she was going to have as much as time she did.

There were too many people in the venue already and they drove four hours early just to avoid the crowd. It turned out everyone has the same idea. It was packed, hot, hard to move around. There were a lot of frustrations and some people already becoming hostile.

Shin had to come grab her by the wrist on some occasions just to keep her from getting separated.

"Where are you, Lin?' Shin yelled over the large crowd once he lost contact with her.

"I'm here!" Lin raised her hand just so he could elbow his way to find her.

He had to hold her hand the whole time after that. From the time they walked through the gate until they found their seats and even after they found their seats, some people refused to stay in their assigned row and decided to crowd the isles instead.

It was loud, girls younger than her screaming with their group of friends. Women in their 40s screaming with their daughters. It was fun, the whole stadium was in the festive mood, especially when the concert began.

Within the first couple minutes, Lin had left her seat as well and decided to join the ocean of people spilling in the open space to dance.

She grabbed Shin and ushered him with her. "Dance with me!"

He grin with agreement. He doesn't think he'd be a great dancer and he'd been so humble when he started but he winds up breaking some complicated moves as soon as he got comfortable. Even Lin was surprised. She never knew he can dance like that. Before long, he'd attracted a crowd of his own.
