No, it wasn't the bakery that caught his attention, he could have his own chef to make all the pastries he wanted, but rather, he'd heard of an attractive woman that works there. Li Jun wanted to check her out himself, he wanted to know whether the rumor about her beauty is true.
Li Jun hopped out of his car and into the parking lot, he drove his black Mercedes Benz G Class for this trip. He didn't need Li Wei this time, the trip wasn't going to take long and it was going to be casual.
He swallowed a deep inhale, nervous like someone meeting their blind date for the first time.
He walked inside the bakery opening the door, the bell situated above made a loud dinging noise, grabbing the cashier by the register's attention. She lifted her head, her eyes widened, shock written all over her face at first, but then, her expression suddenly changed. The shock turned into a bright glittering smile, greeting her customer at the door. "Welcome to Sin City pastry!"
Li Jun smiled back and paced towards her, his bright eyes were as enchanted as a man falling in love all over again. He haven't seen her face in such a long time. Five years felt like an agonizing punishment. She's even more beautiful now, he thought. The mature features on her face, her more womanly body.
"Lin, it's nice to see you!" He breathed.
