"What do we have here?"

Henkins grinned and stalked towards Perry with a sadistic glint in his eyes.

"I was angry, furious, inraged and whatnot when I heard a little bitch was conspiring against me..." Henkins voice was heard clearly over all the chaos taking place in the background.

"I wanted to crush that person like an annoying fly, I was so furious I wanted to end you at the very moment but..." Henkins paused in front of Perry and eyed her bloodied form. Perry raised her hackles and growled at Henkins causing him to chuckle. He raised his hands in mock surrender and stepped a foot back.

"But then a little birdie told me about a rare white wolf and a Lobo?" Henkins grin grew wider when he noticed the slight widening of Perry's eyes.

"And then I waited and waited but I soon got tired of all the waiting. And when I was just a day away from attacking you, I got a surprise." Henkins whistled causing the small crowd behind him to part, two warriors came forward dragging a middle-aged man with them.

"Oops, I made a mistake, " Henkins acted like a kid and scratched his head as if only finding out his mistake.

"I lied, " Henkins cupped his mouth with one hand and mock whispered causing the crowd behind him to laugh. Henkins soon joined them and laughed like the lunatic he was. The middle-aged man was the only person in the group that didn't find the situation funny. He was rather scared and was cowering away from the laughing crowd. Perry knew who this middle-aged man was. He was Albert Wilkins, a pack member of the Wolf Creek pack, Perry didn't know him at a personal level but what she knew was enough for her to sympathise with the poor guy. A week ago his pup went missing from the pack grounds, the pack was busy with the upcoming war and didn't notice one less pup on the pack grounds. But it didn't go unnoticed by the pup's father, he knew who took his pup and where he was. And here he was, standing with the enemy, a traitor in his pack's eyes. The warriors of the wolf creek pack gritted their teeth seeing one of their standing among the enemy.

Perry didn't wait for Henkins to recover from his laughing fit and attacked him in his human form. His laughter was cut short by a pain-filled groan as Perry jumped and bit his shoulder, digging her canines deep inside the soft flesh. But even in his human form, Henkins was strong, he held Perry by her neck and his squeezes thigh cutting her air supply. Perry struggled for several minutes but the need to breath won and she withdrew her canines from his shoulder and dug her claws in his sides causing his hold on Perry to loosen up. Perry gulped air greedily and eyed the already healing alpha. Perry hated him for being so strong, stronger than her. The advantages that came with being small were nowhere near those that came with having a physique like Henkins. Most of the warriors of the Lupus Fang pack had more muscle than the brain, which caused them to rely on their brute strength-giving others an advantage. But Henkins wasn't like them, he was more than gifted in both things, and his psychotic tendencies combined made him a deadly killing machine.

Leonard shifted into his majestic brownish amber wolf, it was huge and easily towered over Perry. The wolf was the infamous, Warg. Warg was famous for sharing sadistic tendencies with his human. The tales how the Nobel looking wolf ate the remains of its enemy were known to all. Perry would be too stupid to not admit she was afraid, she knew what she was getting herself into when she agreed with Alex. She knew it was a trap and she was right where Henkins wanted her to be. But she couldn't take her steps back now, she would fight, fight till her last breath and till the last drop of blood was in her body. There were warriors far weaker than her fighting for what they believed in, for things that were worth fighting for.

Warg attacked Perry the second his eyes fell on her body. Perry dodged, left-right but it was a tiring job and her small body was getting drained. Warg wasn't up for the dodging game with Perry and went in for the kill. He scratched Perry's snout and bit on her foreleg, digging his canines deep inside the flesh. He applied force till a sickening crack of a shattering bone wasn't heard. Perry howled in pain as her bone snapped in two, but she pulled herself from her pain and bit the ear of the large wolf. She pulled harshly at the ear causing a tear in the sensitive flesh. It caused Warg to let go of her leg, he thrashed around to get his ear out of Perry's hold but Perry refused to let go. In the game of tug of war, Perry ended up tearing half of Warg's ear off. The mangled ear gave Warg more of a creepy look along with the wolfish smirk on his face. Warg's eyes shine with sadistic glee as he stalked towards Perry, where she was lying on the snow-covered floor with a broken leg. Perry looked around for help because she knew how hard it would be for her to fight with a broken leg that would take two to three hours to heal with her mutant alpha-omega genes. But no one in sight was free to help her, she could she familiar wolf's fighting with the lunatics of the Lupus Fang pack.

Henkins leapt at Perry causing her to move rapidly and hurting herself even more. Her small size helped the narrow escape, but Warg caught her tail between his sharp canines. He thrashed his Perry around by her tail like a rag doll. The snow-white fur of her tail was turned crimson. Ward threw her at a tree after thrashing around for several minutes. Perry's small form collided with the tree harshly and lied limply on the snow. Perry's whole body ached as she tried to get up but failed. She squeezed her eyes shut in hopes of pushing through the pain but when she opened her eyes Warg wasn't anywhere to be seen. She tried to stand but her broken leg made it impossible for her to stand. As she was busy trying to get her footing a familiar figure approached her.

"Look at that, the alpha of the Shadow Blood pack all bruised and broken. What a pathetic sight?" Henkins squatted in front of Perry in his human form and twirled a knife in his hand.

"Let's make a deal, surrender now and I would spare the lives of all your people and would gladly accept your service even if you are all bruised and broken. " Perry knew what he meant by "service". She growled at him for even suggesting such a low and disgusting thing. Henkins raised an unimpressed eyebrow at her and continued to twirl the knife in his hand.

"Or say no and I will show my knife skills on your body. I have always wanted a pretty thing like you in my collection. I would have loved you to be alive but I am not opposed to having your dead skin in the collection as well. " He walked closer to Perry with a sadistic smirk, his smirk grew even wider when he saw Perry's retreating steps despite her limp.

"They say it's best to skin the prey alive to have the best results. I want only the best thing for my collection, " Henkins launched himself on Perry and stabbed the knife in her left shoulder. A pained howl left her as the stab wound burned, she didn't need to ask Henkins to know the knife was laced with wolfsbane.

"Oops! Wrong knife, " Henkins acted like he made a mistake but Perry knew better than to be deceived by his acting. She knew he did it on purpose.

"I'll try again, " Henkins pulled another knife from his belt that contained a couple of more knives as well. It was just known that Perry noticed Henkins semi-dressed appearance. It just showed how much time she took to pull herself up from the floor after being thrown like a rag doll. Henkins raised his hand to stab Perry but a familiar black wolf bit his arm and stopped him midway. Henkins tried to jerk his arm from the wolf's hold but the wolf didn't give him time to do anything and thrashed him around like a rag doll and bit his arm off.

The black wolf didn't give Henkins time to shift and keep on attacking him. Henkins was passed on between the black wolf and a large brown wolf like a rag doll. Henkins somehow managed to get away from them and shift but a wolf with three legs wasn't much of a danger in front of two large wolves. Warg couldn't believe his eyes, he couldn't believe what was happening to him. He has too engrossed in fighting with Perry that he didn't notice that they were losing. He knew something was wrong when he didn't see his secret army out on the battlefield. He immediately recognized the brown wolf but he never thought he would meet him ever again in his life. Warg put on a decent fight for a wolf with three legs but the brown wolf attacked him savagely. Soon only bits and pieces of once feared Leonard Henkins was left on the snow-covered floor.

Perry lied there witnessing the end of the Leonard Henkins as the poison flooded her bloodstream. Her vision was getting blurry as she saw a small figure running towards her. An old, wrinkled face but somewhat familiar face gave into her line of sight seconds before the world went dark.
