It was a week after the incident when Kevin saw his mate in the morning, he was dressed in a large hoodie or more precisely Kevin's hoodie. The hoodie Kevin made Alex wear in the school was returned to him by an omega after laundry. And the hoodie Alex was wearing looked familiar to the one Kevin wore yesterday. Kevin was baffled, he didn't know how his hoodie that was supposed to be in the laundry basket ended up in his mate's hand Ir rather his body. Kevin was working out with the other warriors in the back yard when his mate stepped into the backyard with Esme on his back, Benny and Clair not behind them.

"You told him?" Jordan came to stand beside Kevin from where he was watching his mate. Kevin didn't say anything and silently kept watching his mate.

"Come on dude, say something. He reeks of you, I can smell you on him from this far." Zachary nudged Kevin lightly. Jordan and Zach were the only people who knew their alpha was matted to Kevin, but they respected their friend and kept the knowledge to themselves only.

"No." Kevin gave a curt reply and get back to training the warriors. Jordan and Zach knew better than to pester Kevin for more information. Kevin was a hard nut to crack and if they tried the only thing they would end up with would be some broken bones.

When Esme's eyes fell on Kevin's massive back he quickly wiggled out of his brother's hold.

"What are you doing Esme? you are gonna fall pup." Alex tried to stable the wiggling pup.

"Put me down, Alexi I wanna play with Kevin." And who was Alex to tell Esme no? He put the pup down and Esme ran to Kevin.

"Keviinnnnnn," Esme said in a sing-song manner and all the warriors stifled a laugh at that. Esme was the only one who dared to call Kevin like he was a small boy his age.

"Don't you think Alexi looks cute today? I saw a cute boy wearing a large hoodie on the internet the other day and I thought Alexi would look cute too. But I didn't know where to find a large hoodie so I borrowed yours, but you were in the shower when I went to ask you yesterday. So I just took the hoodie that was on the bed, I knew you wouldn't say no to me. Right, Kevin?" Well, now Kevin knew where his mate got his hands on his hoodie and Alex indeed looked cute in his clothes. Kevin gave a small nod of acknowledgement but didn't say anything. The warriors weren't surprised at all, everyone in the pack catered to little Esme's wimps and the future alpha and head warrior weren't any different.

Alex was sitting with some pack pups, channeling his inner omega. With all the alpha duties and school, it was almost impossible for Alex to do normal omega things like looking after the pups, cooking for others, pamper his inner omega, gossip about all the hot dominant wolves of the pack etc, etc. Having two fellow omegas, Benny and Clair as friends really helped his inner omega to feel at home. Every weekend it was like a ritual for him to play with the pups, gossip with the omegas, hear about the heat cycles and other stuff. Heat was also a thing that Alex's omega would never experience, Perry always joked about how lucky she was to not go through that hell but deep down she wanted that. Whenever Benny and Clair had their heat Perry felt left out, dejected and faulty. Omegas had their first heat at fifteen, it was like the menstrual cycle in human females to make sure their reproductive system was working properly. But Alex's heat never came, even after a year, there were no signs of heat. That raised red flags in Alex's mind and he confessed to his mother about his worries. His mother took him to the pack hospital, after a series of tests the doctors informed that nothing was wrong with Alex, it was his alpha genes that were suppressing the heat. And they weren't sure if Alex would ever experience heat or not, but he would be able to carry pups if he wished to. Perry and Alex both were relieved to hear that, they wanted kids and it would have killed Perry from inside if she was a barren omega.
