We ended up skipping that day, I didn't eat anything. Draco reported Enzo, and he ended up getting suspended for a while. That took some stress off of me, but I just felt dirty. I've showered a million times, but I still felt disgusting. Like his lips left germs all over my body.

The fact that today was the first task didn't help at all. I tried to act fine in front of Cedric, by planting a fake smile on my face.

"Promise me you won't do anything stupid?" I asked him during our hug goodbye, "Promise." He squeezed me tighter than walked down to the platform where the other contestants stood. Harry looked like he could puke, we were never super close...but we've spoken a couple times.

My hands shook and I picked at my rings. "Mikaelson." His cold voice made me shiver. "Malfoy." I said in response, he sat next to me.

I was biting my lip out of habit, "He will be alright." I laid my head on his shoulder while Fleur, a girl from a different school, slayed her dragon. "I hope so...I really hope so." I whispered back to him.

"Cedric Diggory!" The announcer roared, causing me to sit up quickly. He walked into the arena, my palms started sweating. I didn't have the best view, but I heard spells firing and a dragon roaring. Suddenly everything stopped, no sounds, nothing. I stood up out of my seat, I watched Cedric walk out of the arena successful, a smile grew on my face as he waved his arms around happily.

I ran down to meet him, immediately hugging him tightly. He stroked my hair, "Told you." He whispered in my ear, and I smirked. After the task everyone went to the Great Hall for dinner. I sat next to Cedric, not wanting to ever part from him.

He kept repeating the same story about how he beat his dragon. He smiled every time he thought of his success. It made me happy that he was so proud of himself. In the back of my mind though all I could think about was Enzo. He shook me up with fear that I'd never forget.

"And then, Y/n? You alright?" Cedric paused. I smiled and nodded, trying to reassure him. His smile dropped and was replaced with a serious look. "Tell me what's wrong." "I'm fine! Plus, today is your special day. I'm not ruining your happiness with my problems." He gave me a gentle smile and returned to his story.

I was picking at my food, not eating it. Nobody noticed, but it's fine. Draco and I made eye contact a couple times, but we haven't said anything to each other.

After dinner I headed back to my dorm, my brain was all over the place. I was failing almost all my classes, since I missed a couple days for the war in New Orleans.

"Y/n." Snape's voice boomed over the hallway, I turned around and walked towards him. "I know you've had family business to attend to, but I'm thinking it's best if you get a tutor." He said quietly, so no other students wandering could hear. "Uh okay, who?" I asked, I hope it's not somebody annoying. "Mattheo Riddle. You start tomorrow. After school, now go to bed." I nodded and walked off quickly.

I liked Mattheo, he usually sits around and songs Astoria, but they never made it official. After what seems like hours of twists and turns, I make it to the common room. I go inside and see Mattheo, Draco, Astoria, and Blaise sitting on the couches.

"Hey Y/n, come sit with us!" Astoria giggles, as much as I just wanted to sleep, I trudge my way over and sit on a separate couch by myself.

"Hey study buddy." Mattheo smirks, "Jesus do we have to tell everyone I'm stupid?" I joke, everyone knows already. I may be powerful, but I'm not the brightest.

"He's tutoring you?" Blaise asked from the couch across from me, Draco sitting next to him. "Yep. Everyday after school." I roll my eyes as I speak. "Aw c'mon I'm not that bad!" Mattheo smirks from the couch beside me.

I went to open my mouth and respond when Draco storms up and grabs my wrist, pulling me to the hallway. "What the hell?" I hiss, he's staring at me dead in the eyes, his knuckles turning white and his grip tightening.

"You're not studying with him. I can do it." He offers, "If Snape thought you could do it he would've partnered me with you." I roll my eyes and he grabs my chin. "Don't be a brat Y/n." My hands start shaking, last time I was in this position was with Lor- I'm not even going to speak his name.

Draco notices and let's go, "Whatever. Do what you want." He turns on his heel and storms off, I stand there in shock, finally going back into the common room.

"What was that all about?" Blaise asks, "He snapped on me for being tutored by Mattheo, little prick." I scoff, he was just being nice! It's like he can't decide whether we're friends or not. It's so annoying, it's like a guessing game 'how will Draco treat me today?'

"Girl he loves you." Astoria adds, she's laying on top of Mattheo. "I doubt it. I-I'm going to bed. See you tomorrow." I get up and head to my dorm. As soon as I change I plop onto my bed. Can't everything just stop sucking?

My mind wanders as I fall asleep, Draco surely doesn't love me, in fact I wouldn't be surprised if he hated me. Right now all I knew for sure is that if I don't get my grades up, I won't be at Hogwarts for much longer.

The next morning I was extremely tired, I get up and get ready slowly. Astoria practically yelled at me the whole time because I was going too slow. Finally after I finish she drags me downstairs to the common room, where we meet the boys.

"Jesus Y/n, wake up on the wrong side of the bed?" Blaise jokes. "No. Now please, hold my bag." I hand him my bag for him to carry, and he wraps his arm around my shoulder to help transport me to the Great Hall.

"I got it." Draco's cold voice demands, he pushes Blaise's arm off and replaces it with his own. I didn't even care, I was too exhausted to even open my eyes. Once I got coffee in my system I'd be fine.

Draco sat me next to him, I immediately grab a cup of coffee and practically chug it. Suddenly I can open my eyes, and my energy shoots up. "Chile..." Astoria says while watching me, we both bust out laughing. "Okay calm down girls." Blaise says while joining us, roaring with laughter.

"You guys are annoying." Draco rudely adds. I roll my eyes and pick at my pancakes. "Y/n, you gotta eat." Mattheo says softly, he's sitting to my left. Apparently he had noticed my eating patterns. He made sure nobody heard our conversation. "I'm not hungry, I ate last night." I lied, I didn't eat much last night. "I saw you, no you didn't." "Stalker much?" He smiled and passed me a grape. I put it in my mouth and chewed, it took forever to swallow, I felt nauseous for a bit, but he was glad.

The school day was long, it seemed to drag on forever, after my last class I was ecstatic to go to the library, but I remembered I had tutoring. Lucky me, I go to the common room where Mattheo said to meet.

"Hey!" He smiled, I returned it and we went to Snape's classroom, he said we could borrow it during the afternoons. I sat next to him and we began.

We studied for a while, he explained everything so detailed and it helped a ton. "Thank you so much Mattheo." I was still struggling, but I was gaining confidence again. "Of course. I'll see you later." I walked out of the classroom and ran into Cedric.

"There's my favorite Slytherin!" His smile comforted me like a warm hug. "I'm everyone's favorite Slytherin." I joked, he rolled his eyes and we began walking to the Great Hall for dinner. "So, how's life?" I asked, looking up to meet his eyes. "Great! I've got everything under control." He seemed so happy, which made me determined to do the same. I'm done crying, I'm done pouting. I'm done with it all.
