Chloe sighed quietly and slowly moved her head off the toilet seat, sitting quietly for a moment when she felt the room spinning. She quickly brushed her hair out of her face when she felt Lee watching her closely.

"We need to get back to our guests, we're being rude." she said quietly.

"I have to go to the chemist." he said firmly, quickly standing up. Before Chloe could respond he quickly left the room. Chloe sighed to herself as she heard the sound of his footsteps running down the stairs. She slowly stood up, quickly wiping away her tears as she walked downstairs, desperately hoping that the others wouldn't notice. Chloe took a deep breath and slowly walked into the kitchen, her cheeks colouring as Louise, Peter, Kirstie and Ben turned to stare at her.

"God, you look rough Chloe!" Louise exclaimed as soon as she laid eyes on her.

"Thanks." Chloe said, smiling slightly.

"Where did Lee go, he grabbed his jacket and left?" Kirstie asked.

"He had to pop into work." Chloe said quietly, feeling slightly guilty that she was lying to her friends once again.

"I have a confession to make." Ben piped up, a cheeky grin playing on the corner of his lips. Chloe raised her eyebrow and waited for him to continue.

"I kind of ate your pancakes." Ben chuckled.

"What do you mean kind of, you did eat them!" Kirstie giggled, laughing when she saw the guilty expression on his handsome features.

"It's fine, I'm not hungry anymore anyway. " Chloe said quietly, leaning against the kitchen counter as she struggled to keep her eyes open.

"You look like you need some rest Chloe." Kirstie said worridly, watching her closely. Chloe nodded slowly.

"We should go." Kirstie told Ben, quickly taking his hand.

"You don't have to go." Chloe told them sadly, feeling slightly guilty that they felt like they had to leave.

"It's fine, we could probably all do with some rest anyway." Louise pointed out. Chloe nodded slowly and watched as the four of them gathered their belongings and quickly left the house. As soon as Chloe was alone, she walked into the living room and laid down on the sofa, quickly pulling the throw over herself and snuggling into it. The more time that passed the more nervous she became about the thought of doing a pregnancy test. She knew in her heart that neither Lee or herself were strong enough to go through what they'd been through just a few short months ago. Chloe jumped and snapped out of her thoughts when she heard the front door open and quickly close again.

"Chlo?!" she heard Lee's voice calling from the hallway.

"I'm in here!" she called back, glancing up at him as he quickly walked into the living room and sat on the floor beside her.

"That was quick." she said quietly, her eyes darting to the pharmacy bag that was in his hand. Lee nodded slowly, his brow furrowing in concern when he noticed how exhausted she looked.

"Are you okay Chlo?" he asked nervously. She nodded slowly, her eyelids fluttering as she fought to keep them open.

"Don't be stressed about it, it'll be okay." he told her.

"I'm just so scared." she whispered. He smiled sympathetically at her, wishing that he could do something to make her feel better. He slowly placed the bag onto the coffee table, glancing at Chloe as he felt her watching him closely.

"You can do the test whenever you are ready and I'll be there with you." he told her softly. Chloe nodded slowly, sighing quietly as warm tears rolled down her cheeks.
