"Morning beautiful." Lee smiled at Chloe as she padded into the kitchen. He couldn't help but smile at her when he noticed that she was still wearing her pyjamas. His eyes darted to her bump, smiling slightly to himself when he saw how adorable she looked. Chloe followed his eyeline, her cheeks colouring when she realised what he was staring at.
"I think I need to get some bigger pyjamas." she said quietly, her cheeks colouring when she suddenly realised how much her pyjama top clung to her bump.
"You could always just sleep in my hoodie when your pyjamas don't fit you anymore?" he suggested.
"Speaking of your hoodie, I'll go and put it on now." she said quietly.
"You don't have to hide Chlo." he said softly, his heart sinking a little when he realised how self conscious she was becoming.
"I guess I know that." she muttered.
"Being pregnant isn't something to be embarrassed about." he told her.
"I'm not embarrassed about being pregnant, I just don't like the way that I look." she replied, slowly folding her arms across her chest as she leant her back against the kitchen counter.
"You know what I'm like though, I'm always scared that I'm going to lose you." she added, sighing quietly to herself as she carefully perched on the counter. Lee sighed deeply, his heart breaking a little as he stared at her sad expression. He quickly crossed the room, his breath catching in his throat as he stared down at her longingly. He placed his hands on her thighs, and gently wrapped them around his waist, smiling slightly when she finally gazed up at him.
"You know how much I love you, do you really think that I'm going to go anywhere?" he said softly.
"And you know how much I want to be a father." he added when she didn't respond.
"I would never stop you from seeing the baby if we broke up anyway." she told him, her heart breaking a little at the thought of losing him.
"Chlo...stop." he whispered.
"I wouldn't though, I know how much you love the baby already." she said, smiling proudly at him.
"A lot." he said quietly.
"I know." she smiled.
"But that doesn't even come close to how much I love you.....I lived without you before and I hated every minute of it." he explained.
"I know, me too." she said quietly, as she gently wrapped her arms around his neck.
"I know that I'm being silly, but I can't help it." she added.
"I just know how much you liked my body and how it won't ever be the same again." she continued, sighing sadly to herself. She couldn't help but feel a twinge of sadness when she remembered that she'd only just started to feel confident in her own skin and now all the confidence that she'd built up had slowly faded. Lee sighed sadly to himself as he softly stroked Chloe's hair, wishing in his heart that he knew what to say to make her believe him.
"I still love your body Chlo." he whispered in her ear. Her skin tingled under his touch when she felt him place his hands underneath her shirt and slowly stroke the base of her spine. Chloe stared up at him, her legs feeling weak as she slowly became lost in his deep blue eyes. She couldn't help but notice how handsome he was when he was wearing his pyjamas and his hair was messy.
Her eyes darted to his lips as he smiled at her and placed a tender kiss on her lips, chuckling to himself when he felt her trembling under his touch.
"I didn't think it was possible to love someone as much as I love you." she admitted, gently resting her forehead against his.
"Me neither." he agreed. Chloe smiled, before quickly kissing him softly. She jumped and pulled away from him as Michelle walked into the room. Lee sighed quietly and turned to face Michelle, who was glancing between the two of them awkwardly.
