Chloe sighed quietly to herself as she rested her elbow against the car door and leant her head against it, desperately trying not to fall asleep until they were home. She glanced at Lee for a moment, smiling to herself when she noticed how happy he seemed. He'd barely been able to stop smiling since the moment he'd first found out that they were having a baby girl. Her heart swelled against her chest, her stomach churning with excitement at the thought of the two of them becoming parents. Despite the intense fear that Lee had felt at the beginning she knew in her heart that he was going to be an amazing father to their child. He was such a thoughtful and loving person and she knew that he would do anything to protect both her and their baby. As she sat deep in thought, she couldn't help but realise how lucky she was to have someone like him in her life, particularly when she knew that he could have any woman that he wanted, a point which had been proved today when she was reminded how the fans were with him. So many women would have given anything to have a baby with Lee Ryan, and she couldn't help but feel lucky that she was the one who got the privilege.
"I think the fan event went quite well in the end." Lee stated, snapping her out of her thoughts.
"Yes it could have been worse." she said, smiling at him as he glanced at her, before quickly turning his attention back to the road.
"Is that code for you didn't enjoy it?" he chuckled.
"It's just not my thing is it, I'm not a people person like you are." she smiled.
"Although it was nice to see how much the fans adore you." she added, smiling to herself.
"I think they are fond of you too." he told her, smiling slightly as he thought about how much the fans were slowly growing to love Chloe like he did.
"Where are we going?" she asked, frowning when she suddenly noticed that he'd taken the turning for the motorway, rather than the one for his house.
"It's a surprise." he said, grinning to himself. Chloe smiled, quickly racking her brain as she tried to figure out what was going on and where he was taking her.
"We're not going to Nottingham are we?" she asked nervously, her heart plummeting at the the thought of it.
"No." he said quietly.
"Because there wouldn't be much point." she told him.
"Is your Aunt still not speaking to you?" he asked.
"Nope." she said sadly, biting her lip as she fought the tears that were filling her eyes. Her mind wandered to all those weeks ago when she'd told her Auntie that her and Lee were having a baby. Even though she knew that she would be disappointed in her, as a result of her beliefs, Chloe hadn't expected her Auntie to cut her off completely.
"At least Amy is excited about the baby." he said, sighing quietly to himself when he sensed how upset Chloe was about the whole situation.
"Maybe we could invite her to stay with us soon." he added, trying to lighten the atmosphere.
"That would be good." she said quietly, closing her eyes when she could no longer fight the exhaustion that she was feeling.

Chloe's eyes snapped open as she glanced around, trying to figure out where she was. She sighed in contentment when she realised that she was in Lee's arms. He smiled down at her as he carefully carried her towards the hotel.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to wake you." he said, softly placing a kiss on her forehead.
"It's fine, but I can walk though." she smiled, giggling at his cheeky expression as he carefully placed her on the ground. He quickly walked back to the car, returning a few moments later with their bags.
