Sam blew on his tea before taking a sip.
Sylvia sunk down in her seat further, groaning. "I don't want to hear it."
"Yes, but wouldn't it be better for you to come to terms with your feelings?"
Sylvia covered her face. "I thought I already did."
Sam gave her a questioning look. Sylvia peaked through her fingers to see his face.
"You're not helping, Sam."
"Well, I wasn't prepared for your visit to become a therapy session."
"Tsk." Sylvia rolled her eyes and crossed her arms.
Sam laughed. "Should we change the subject?"
Sylvia nods, avoiding eye contact.
After finishing tea, they decided to take a walk.
Sylvia heard barking behind her, looking to Sam, then over her shoulder. She saw a small white dog running her way. Before she could react, the small dog was trying to jump up to her.
Sylvia kneeled down to the dog. "Oh my goodness! Hello Rat."
Bickering was growing louder from the other end of the hallway.
"No Rat!" Bad yells, demanding that Rat gets to his side. "I am so sorry Sylvia." Bad lowers his head.
"I told you to keep a better eye on her." Skeppy walks up to Bad with his arms crossed.
Sylvia laughs, brushing the hair out of her face. "I don't mind at all, Bad. It's good to see everyone."
Bad raised his head back up with a smile. He turns his attention to Sam who was standing awkwardly next to Sylvia. "Have you seen Ant by chance?"
"No. I assume he's working on some things with the animal sanctuary."
Bad nods. "He's been quite busy with that lately."
