hello lovelies :] I think I need to take a quick break from writing. If you haven't already noticed, this chapter has taken a lot longer than usual to be released. If I'm being honest, writing a story for four months with hardly any breaks starts to become a little stressful. The last thing I want to do is force myself to write when I'm struggling with the motivation and then release half-ass chapters.

"Hey, Sylvia." George said quietly.
"You're usually the first one to fall asleep." Sylvia smiled.
"Yeah, well, not tonight. How come you're up?"
"I'm always up this late, but you know I'm more curious about you right now." Sylvia raised her brow.
George looked up to the sky they were standing under, taking a deep breath.
"I can't get Isabella off my mind."
Sylvia scoffs. "George, come on."
"I'm serious! I don't know what's wrong with me."
"Nothing's wrong with you, but why her?"
"She's still my wife, Sylvia, I can't get around that. She betrayed me and I can't do anything about it."
"You're about to, what do you mean?"
"I mean, I just don't know how I'll face her now."
"George, she was never good enough for you, I'm sorry to say. She's treated you horribly and has been causing you to ruin your relationships with your friends and family."
George was silent, staring at his feet.
"Maybe..." He trailed off.
Sylvia grabbed George's slender shoulders, shaking him violently.
"I swear to god, if you're thinking of giving her a second chance I'll break your jaw."
George became even paler than usual, adjusting his shirt after Sylvia released him.
"No, that's not what I was thinking."
Sylvia crossed her arms.
"I want revenge."
Sylvia's lips part slightly, turning into a smirk.
